We have a lower-height sectional for which I have always wanted extra foot rests, and this fit the bill very nicely. I was really happy to find a brown that was close enough to the sectional color and also had a contrast stitching. While it cannot be jumped upon by any means, it is durable enough for an average adult (I’d say <180 lbs.) to sit on it, and not crumple it. Lid comes off easily for storage. I like this ottoman. It’s a good color and size. Plenty of storage. Sturdy. Small complaints: it was late, because Amazon chose to ship through USPS. It also has some some ‘loose’ seams, where the fabric is not tightly wrapped in corners (shown in photos.) Overall, good buy.

No assembly required, just unbox, unfold and place the sturdy bottom piece inside the unfolded ottoman and then place the top on.
