I first heard of the Yoto player from my in-laws. Their daughter was absolutely crazy about it, and would listen to books and stories for hours. My daughter talked of little else leading up to Christmas. It was the main thing she wanted. We have not been disappointed. I wasn’t quite prepared for its versatility. With its own radio stations, podcasts, alarm clock, cordless portability due to its internal battery, and coolest of all, that it doubles as a Bluetooth speaker. It has great sound quality and volume, plus I never have to be concerned with what my daughter is listening to because everything is child focused. The yoto is amazing. We are a homeschool family and this is great for helping kids to remember to read. My kids use it everyday. The yoto has a great membership program so you can get the stories for a good price, and they have good narrators. It is fun, easy to use, and very durable.

My daughter was looking for something that can wean her off technology and iPad. The Yoto is perfect. It is not only fun, but educational and can be used by more than one child. I got this for her as a Christmas gift and she continues to enjoy it!

My 17-month-old daughter loves her Yoto! Not much into stories yet at this age, but totally enjoys listening to music and dancing along to the beats. She can also easily change the cards as and when she likes.

After waiting for months for the yoto mini to restock we decided to just go ahead and buy this one. So glad we did! It’s small enough for our 5 year old to move around the house and she absolutely loves being able to turn on music anytime she wants. The radio plays kid appropriate upbeat songs that our whole family enjoys. There is one song about the rainbow flag which some may not want their kids listening to but other than that I don’t see why any kid wouldn’t absolutely love this!
