These thermals do their job. It kept me warm during cold weather while exercising outside. It’s light yet easy to layer with sweaters and other layers. This is a good staple to have during the cold months.

The shirts were very small and I thought it was so tight and uncomfortable. I am 160# and 5’10” and I cannot comfortably wear the shirt and restricted when I’m moving. It feels warm if it fit me correctly. I have ordered medium on all other shirts from other companies and never had fit issues. I would go 1 or 2 sizes up if you order.
