The boxing bag must be filled with an included electric pump with a hole that is designed for said Eletric pump. However, the pump is so weak even when they claim it takes 4-5 minutes. It's more of 2-6 years. The instructions are left very vague. Good luck understanding them. Then there is a separate hole that for whatever reason, decides to be extremely difficult to plug with the includes plug. I pumped it with a separate pump by plugging it with the separate hole but it the airflow out from the secondary hole is too much, even for 1-2 seconds. Disgusting quality. I would never buy something from this company, because their box doesn't have any branding or identifying logos. It is cheap trash made to last 2 weeks so you cannot return it and that's how they make a profit. I will be requesting a refund and purchasing a quality boxing bag that you must fill with sand instead of air.

I am a 55-year-old woman. I decided to start working out a few months ago and I bought myself one of those small inside walking treadmills that slides under my bed. But I wanted something that would work my arms. My arms to me are just so big and this was perfect. I turn on music and I just boxed away until I get really really tired. I have seen a difference in my arms. They're starting to tighten up and I've lost a total of 36 lb. I know this is probably a toy but it does the job. It's sturdy. It lasts long and it even went around with one of my Rottweilers and came out okay LOL.. I did buy myself some better quality gloves but the gloves that they have in there do the job.

Got it setup in 10 minutes which was great and had everything I needed right in the package. Super fun to use and love the stability with half filled water. Pump worked very fast and started having the fun. Feels like a real gym punching bag. Highly recommended.

Set up was easy. My brother was excited to get it. The instructions say the battery pack needs to charge for 3 HOURS! Also there is no indicator light to let you know the pack is charging. The battery pack/air pump does not work and I am highly disappointed. Will be send it back.
