The chair was delivered sooner than expected, so I was thrilled about the timely delivery. The chair itself is very beautiful, and my son was very pleased. It has a sleek design and the instructions are very easy to follow. If you don’t like the instructions, they have a video on how to assemble this chair. assembles easy, although the underneath alignment of the controls is sketchy in the diagram, you have to envision proper placement and trust your judgment. this chair replaces a gtracing chair that died, and was no longer available - this chair is not as comfortable. 1) it doesnt have the seat tilt option. 2) the padding isnt as comfortable. 3) just feels stiffer. it DOES have a massage function which is kinda cool. seems to work, and plugs into a usb port. make sure you do not swivel hard or it might pull the cable out. thankfully the chair side of the cable has a plug that disconnects, so hopefully you will not just rip the cord out and break it. My gtracing chair lasted almost 3 years before the recline/back function stripped. I guess we will see if this chair lasts as long. I work from home, so I am in this chair 8+ hours a day. ... show more

I am 69 years old, and I was able to follow the instructions and put it all together by myself. The instructions are very easy to follow. It is exactly what I wanted. I wanted a high back, a neck rest, and this one had a bonus back massage pillow. I still work from home, so I wanted something that was comfortable for computer work. Nice chair, but came with a damaged part, Manufacturer is sending replacement part. seat width is a little narrow & recliner tends to be all or nothing. Bolts were packaged nicely but not labeled as to which went where. Instructions were very brief.
