I was so excited about this product. I got all the parts and it was easy to assemble. I received it January 5th 2026. The things that go on the bars to protect the floor keep popping off but I had a mat so I let it slide. Then today one of the handles completely snapped while rowing!! I use this machine about 3-5 times a week for about 20 minutes or less depending on my workout, since I’ll combine it with something else. I didn’t even have it a full month. Very disappointed, and I’m someone who rarely complains or do returns. I want a refund because I don’t want to risk it happening again. On a side note, the seat is uncomfortable I just rolled up an old baby blanket to cushion it. My butt had fallen asleep my first 20 minutes session. ... show more
