SD card needs to be formatted, we formatted 2 different SD cards trying to troubleshoot this thing and the device will not read either of them and only says it still needs to be formatted. You cannot use the device until this happens. Also, the collar itself is very small, could only fit a cat or a very small little dog neck. Returned. ... show more
