I am loving this metal cabinet so much I just ordered a 2nd one, and plan to buy at least 2 more! First, the instructions and assembling were detailed and easy to follow (I assemble lots of items and this by far was one of the best set of instructions and the pictures actually look like the parts- from past experiences that isn't always the case). Secondly, it seems very sturdy. Thirdly, it has LOTS of room to store all my school/ office/ and scrapbooking supplies- the # of shelves was perfect. Lastly, the gold knobs and vents are nice touches- it looks pretty in my guest room. Oh, and it came with a few extra parts/ screws and a screwdriver which is always nice. ... show more

Fairly easy to put together. There were a few slightly bent areas, but they were very minor and once everything was assembled, you couldn’t tell where they were. So far so good — it’s pretty sturdy and has enough room for what I need. My only gripe is that while it doesn’t squeak, it isn’t soft-close like I’d prefer. I ordered two of these cabinets. One arrived in perfect condition but the other was badly damaged in transit; however, the seller sent a replacement cabinet, which arrived quickly and without any flaws, and I'm very happy with this purchase. The cabinets are sturdy, look beautiful, and are easy to put together (it's possible for one person to assemble but having a second pair of hands makes it go a lot faster). However, there are a few tricky, hard-to-reach screw holes and the provided screw driver didn't help much in those areas; instead, I recommend using an off-set screw driver or (even better) a flexible drill bit extender with an electric drill. ... show more

Very nice cabinet. Good instruction manual. Says it takes two people to assemble but I was able to do it myself in about an hour and I am a 74 yo woman. I assembled it on the floor, but a 6 foot plastic portable table would have been easier. The materials are good quality, everything lined up correctly, all materials were organized and clearly lableled. You could use this cabinet in any room and it would look nice. I have a raised 'box' constructed over new plumbing and wanted to be able to use the space above it. I do think I will use the wall anchors. ... show more

My husband just finished putting it together, and said it was very easy to assemble. I was a little hesitant getting this one because of how reasonably priced it is compared to some of the others just like it, however, I am so pleased with this purchased. It is exactly as pictured, holds so much stuff and is so much prettier than a standard black standing metal cabinet. The doors aligned perfectly for us, no dents and although I thought the material was a little on the thinner side, once completely assembled is it very sturdy. I have no complaints! ... show more
