There were two major manufacturing defects in the product I received: 1- Two bolt holes were misaligned in the tube, and I could not drive the screws into them. I had to drill into the holes, and use different screws and bolts (I had to go and buy the new screws and bolts on my own - time waste, the price of the screws/bolts is insignificant). 2- One panel labeled as #2 was 0.75" shorter than other panels labeled #2, and I had to "engineer" a solution to fill the 0.75" gap!! The average consumer will not be able to fix that defect. I considered returning the product, but decided to fix it instead, as I have the means to do so.

The media could not be loaded. Love this sectional. It is comfortable and it seems sturdy so far. It’s great how you can rearrange the pieces so you get exactly what you want. It even comes with the locking clips that you put on the bottom to connect them so they stay in place. The assemble instruction is very clear and specific, it was very easy to follow. It also comes with Allen keys but I highly recommend using a power drill and you will cut your time in half. It’s one type of screw for everything which makes the work way easier. Overall I’m very happy with this and it’s was great addition to our little oasis! I highly recommend.

I received my order with missing pieces, wrong pieces, and wrong instructions. I spent 2 nights trying to put this together. I received a 2nd set of instructions. Those to were incorrect. I do not recommend this product. My worst purchase ever and I am returning it.

Assembly was ok. Some areas did not line up making screwing pieces together a little difficult but manageable. One piece was mislabeled but was able to identify were it needed to go according to the instructions. The seat clips hold the pieces together but they still slide forward and backward so they are not really locked on. Overall it locks nice and is comfortable.

The sofa looks great, but It's is not sturdy as it looks. The pieces (stabilizers) it brings to make it stay in place DO NOT prevent the pieces to move. But I keep the pieces separated to create individual chair sets. My husband said it was easy to assemble it. The back cushions are low, but they look very very nice. Overall a good product.

First and foremost I want to commend Customer Service for a job GREAT done!! When I found out I was missing a piece I immediately called Customer Service. They said the part may take some weeks to get here but they assured me they would send it when it shipped in. Throughout the waiting process they answered my delivery questions promptly and professionally. It did take a few + weeks but an email came in with the tracking number and now all is well. The patio set works perfectly for me. Not too crazy about the 2 decorative throw pillows so I made new covers for them and it worked out nicely. Comfortable, easy to clean, I recommend this patio set.

Packages arrived in two separate shipments 2 & 3 boxes, second shipment the driver did not want to take the boxes down so we had to take them out ourselves. Instructions are not clear, putting it together was a difficult task, missing holes everywhere and cracked glass. Overall, they look okay, very small and don't offer any back support. It almost feel like you're sitting on an ottoman. Too expensive for a kids looking set of furniture. I'd return but taking it apart will cost me more than actually keeping them. My advise, save up for a more expensive / more comfortable and bigger patio furniture. This does not look like they show it.

If it had come with a right set of pillows would’ve given it 3 stars. Not super comfy and quality is mediocre. But now the back pillows do not cover the entire length of it because it was sent wrong
