Beware before buying. The instructions are very difficult and jumps around everywhere. You get what you pay for cheap material quality & missing screws. When trying to reach costumer service chat says not able to help wait around for customer service on the phone on hold for more than 30 mins

Ours came missing a few pieces, so waiting for those to come before giving a five star review-but they're working on it. What we do have was easy to assemble, is truly sturdy and quiet and we love the outlet on the back. We can't currently use the hidden storage-it's taped shut until the missing pieces arrive, but it looks pretty and will be super functional once we have the bars to keep it from popping open quickly. I will say, as far as assembly goes, sometimes steps are written in an order that doesn't fully make sense. I try to follow them anyway and trust the process, but some things could be done out of order or differently to make it even easier to put together. The bars that go across are sturdy and easy to put in, though a couple like to pop out if you try to just fall into bed. (so just keep that in mind) I love the white-it matches my dressers from the same company perfectly and it's truly sturdy and sound free, which we like as we're on the third floor and we know what a pain it is to constantly listen to a bed squeak and creak at night, which is why we replaced our previous frame. I'll come back once we've used it longer and finally have the anti slip and door pieces we're waiting on, but so far, we're pretty happy with it.
