Dell replaced the motherboard but in doing so they deactivated Windows 11 in a manner that will require me to buy a $139 Windows license on top of what I've already paid for the system. Easy setup and works perfectly. Easy to upgrade RAM and SSD. I like this style of Dell towers as it is easy to access all components. I bought this to replace my DellXPS from 2017 which had an older processor that wasn’t compatible with some of the never CAD features that I needed. It has been decades since I bought a prebuilt PC and I haven't had any issues yet. Startup was easy. I don't see a lot of bloatware. Blasts through 3DMark benchmarks. My free Resident Evil seems to work great. It's nice that I can turn off the lights, but I can't figure out how to turn off the light on the video card. My only real disappointment is that I now see that MC has the same computer with a 2 TB hard drive for $200 less. ... show more

Worked great for 4 weeks of use, then developed a problem with booting that they said would require a new motherboard. Sent me to their local repair center, then told me to pick it up and send it to their depot for repair. That was two weeks ago. Then tell me the backordered parts they need won't be available for another four weeks. I asked about a replacement, since it was so new and all, and they very nicely told me to be patient. I'm losing my patience. For forty years I've been building my own comps from independently purchased components. This was the first time I bought an entire assembled system. On the other hand, the one I got for my wife is still working fine--for now. So one additional star for that--which could change if service suddenly improves.. ... show more
