  • Excellent Customer Service and Support
We purchased this product in November of 2023 having a need for a recliner. The recliner shipped in a day and was very easy to assemble and was very comfortable. I noticed the right side of back was a little off (not much) and thought nothing of it because as I stated the chair was very comfortable. However, as the months progressed the sagging continued and in March the back of the chair on the right side broke; to which I tried to repair by securing the wood. I reached out to the manufacturer and explained the situation. Their customer care team responded within the day; apologized for the inconvenience and is sending a new back of the chair. In my opinion, stuff happens always, manufacturing is not perfect. But what happens when there is an issue says a lot about a company. Their willingness to make this right 4 months after the sale means the world to me. I have ordered other furniture online through larger sights and have not received customer service like this and some quality is just not good, and those manufacturers do not stand by their product. This company YITAHOME ships good quality, fair price, and stands by their product. If you are thinking about buying from them, do it. Great experience. ... show more

  • Great chairs
So at this price point I was skeptical - but we love this chair!! So much so that we ordered two! They are narrow enough to fit our small keeping room, but do not look or feel small at all. The padding is full and plush and the color is a rich brown. The recline mechanism is a little stiff to close, but the swivel is very smooth and it rocks as well. In addition, their customer service is very responsive and easy to work with. We had a slight problem with the order itself and they were quick to respond and solved our problem on the first try. Great chairs and great company! ... show more

  • Would still buy it again but…
The leather is buttery soft - definitely does not disappoint- and the construction of the chair is comfy as well. Very happy about that. The leg rest is almost impossible to close without getting out of the chair first. The chair doesn’t lock in place when recliner function used but it’s in my bedroom so it’s more for cozy reading than for stretching out but that was a bit of a disappointment. It rocks and rotates smoothly. The color is cream, not beige, which is a perfect match to the draperies and paint so that was a relief. Overall very happy. ... show more

  • Ok for the money spent.
Color: Brown
Recently had surgery and wanted a chair that I could lay back in to elevate my foot. I ordered two of these chairs on accident, but ended up keeping the second chair anyways. The chairs came unassembled and packed in a huge box separately. They were easy to put together. The cover on the chair is sturdy, soft, and comfortable. The cushions are soft, but still firm enough for me. Overall, they are comfortable and built sturdy. There is a convenient charging port on the left side of the chair that charges as long as you keep the chair plugged in. On the right side of the chair you will find the mechanism to open the chair to allow for the foot rest to come out. It can lean back pretty far. My only complaints that I have about these chairs is that it is utterly impossible to put the footrest down without struggling if you aren't strong. You cannot shut it while sitting, and there is no pile to manually help put the rest down. So basically, unless my husband is near, I can't get out of the chair. To partially close it just to get out of the chair makes it flip the rest back up forcefully and has caught my ankle and leg numerous times. Also, if you lean too far forward the chair becomes unstable. So just don't do that. The cushion on the head rest should have been sewed horizontal to provide a neck support. It is a strain on your neck especially if you are short, or are wearing a pony tail holder. The vibrate and hear function are very nice on this chair. If I would change anything about it, it would probably be to make it roll harder. Otherwise, it's fine. While I personally only gave this chair a 3, I honestly think you would love this if you can work around the little things. It is certainly worth the money. I'm keeping it because I need them, but I'm the future I might just stick to trying them out locally. ... show more

  • Comfortable!
So comfortable! They seem very well made, nice soft pleather, generously sized and they look great. The only issue is after I recline the chair it's slightly tricky putting the leg raiser back down and clicking it to stay in place. My husband has no problem though...

  • Not worth price
Color: Brown
Fabric is cheap, seat is uncomfortable, recliner doesn't stay reclined without force, massage is more a rumble in all the wrong places. Pick something else.

  • No recommended if tall, have mobility limitations, or balance issues.
It looks nice, but as other reviewers have pointed out, the handle for the leg lift has to be forced to the point you may think you're going to break it, every time. It takes some effort to push the left lift back into a secure position. The arms have zippers on one side, with the covering flap sticking straight out, and velcro on the inside that keeps coming loose despite having secured it. Securing those when assembling was a challenge in itself. The arms look nice (despite the zipper covers standing out), but there is nothing to brace yourself with to stand up. As it reclines and swivels, that's a real challenge. In order to find something your hands can brace against, you have to push back the padding, which is awkward at best. You can fully recline in it, a little too easily. Seat is a good enough side, most likely plenty if you're short and slender. ... show more
