The back pillow did not fluff up after waiting overnight, so I put them in dryer on low-mid heat and it fluff them up quickly after about an hour in dryer. I was a little dubious about this item because it was so much less money than the others advertised online, but I am pleased to say it’s terrific and for exceeded my expectations. It was firmer than I thought it would be, but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. The bed puffed up immediately upon opening, which was really fun to watch for the whole family, but the back cushion was flat as a pancake, but not to worry, as the instructions said, we patted and gently shook it and within the 48 hours they talked about it was perfect as well! 4 stars because the pillow never expanded. It stayed flat even after I tried to fluff it up. The rest of it I like, very comfortable doesn't take a lot of space and the fabric is good.

This is a wonderful second bed and chair. I placed this in my office/spare bedroom and wanted a second bed for my grandchildren. Because it has coils in the seat, its a nice seat and you don't feel unstable sitting on it. The bed opens and again its not just a foam pad on the floor. The bed part was very nice but the pillow part never inflated. We had a hard time trying to return them because UPS won’t take them without a box.
