This product works great. Installed myself. You will need a few things for the wiring that do not come with the unit. Also will need a vacuum pump to vacuum down line set. Been using it for approximately a month and been flawless, while running extremely quiet. I purchased another brand for another part of my house and those line sets are a lot thinner then this unit. If I could give this zero stars I would. Purchased the unit end of July, had it installed by a professional HVAC company about 3 months ago. Unit stopped blowing hot or cold 2 days ago. Just keeps blowing room temperature air no matter which setting it’s on. I contacted YITAHOME customer support and they are offering me an 80.00 dollar refund in hopes I could get it fixed locally. Are you serious!!? 80 dollars won’t help even cover a diagnostics fee. I told them I would like to send this unit back for a replacement unit but still have yet to hear from them a week later. Beware, once their products stop working and you don’t take their measly refund in hopes you just screw off they stop all communications with you and leave you and your family FREEZING in 16 degree weather. SO MUCH FOR WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! Stay away from this company, there are plenty of other ones out there that will take care of the customer ... show more

Easy to install and working well. 2 provisos. The copper line set seems to be reduced wall so be careful. The unit uses the new R32 refrigerant so don't add anything except R32. They say the R32 is flammable so special equipment is required.

Installed in about 4 hours. I am fairly handy with plumbing and electrical. This unit is sooooo quite!! I have never heard an air conditioner this quite. Works Great! Considering buying another for my daughters home.

Wow. So far I'm very impressed. When I saw the price I basically had to try it out. The unit cools great. Haven't got to try the heat feature yet. And it's only been installed about a month, so I can't speak of the longevity yet. Of anything negative comes up I will update this review.
