The seat that it comes with is so crappy and uncomfortable that it causes physical pain very quickly into a ride. Other than that, which is probably one of the most important aspects of a bike (the seat), this is actually a very nice, high quality, and sleekly designed bicycle. Also, the assembly was very simple and took me 20 minutes, without using the instructions. Didn’t notice the instructions were in the bottom of the box until after I put it together. I’ve only taken it for 2 short rides so far, each of which I got about a mile before I turned back because my rump was in so much pain! So I’ve ordered a new seat, once that gets here it should be an excellent bike. ... show more

This is month 8 of having the 21 speed version, I have to say this is quite an amazing bike for the price. I would highly recommend if you are a beginner to biking on the road and don’t mind learning maintenance and the upgrading parts. The only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is because some of the default parts are kind of shoddy and require replacing with some better functioning parts. You must upgrade the: - Cassette (Can be jumpy and sticky, wasn’t serviceable) - Tires (to ones that can handle between 80-120 PSI, as the default tires max out at 70.) - Seat (Which is optional but it is not the most comfortable, even if you buy cycling trousers) Replacing all of these would likely have you spending an extra $150 on the bike, which is still a great price considering your typical entry level road bike. It is definitely a little heavier than most road bikes but is still relatively light and fairly durable. The left gear shifter for the front derailleur can be a little misleading as it is not properly labeled but is easy to get the hang of once you understand where each gear is. ... show more
