After assembling the firepit, we found that the ignitor wouldn't work, even after going through all the troubleshooting tips. I contacted support via email and they of course said, feel free to send it back and would replace it. Well, being two seniors, that was not going to be such an easy task, to disassemble and repackage this big item, so I just requested a part replacement when they came available. The customer support agent, asked me to send a video of the item not working and I did. They then issued a replacement! In the world of online commerce, sometimes stuff doesn't work. That is why I think good customer service is essential! This company went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Bravo! I just got the replacement and haven't tried the new ignitor yet, but I'm gonna bet (hope) that it works! Thanks! Just updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The new ignitor works beautifully.

The size and overall appearance of this firepit were exactly what we were looking for. And at the time of order, it had an overall rating of 4.5 stars. We got it quickly and proceeded to assemble it. It was downhill from there. Directions are only pictures, and the pictures are not acccurate. My husband struggled to get it together and when he went to put the door on - it didn't meet the other side. There was a gap of about 1-1/2". So he took the whole thing apart and reassembled it. After 3 tries with the same result, he contacted the company. They were responsive and wanted photos, which we sent. We were advised to return it for a new unit. A pleasant surprise at this point - one of the return options was home pick up by Amazon! So the next unit arrived, and this one assembled much easiei r. Yay! So we hooked up the propane tank and tried to light it and ... nothing. The instructions have a whole section devoted to troubleshooting, so we followed the instructions to the letter. Three times of disconnecting the tank, etc. Still nothing. No matter what we did, the gas would not flow to the unit. At this point we decided to throw in the towel, bypass customer service, and just return the whole thing to Amazon. So another complete disassembly and reboxing. While this fire pit looks nice, it is just a piece of junk. I imagine if we did manage to get it lit, it would not last a summer. One star because 1) I can't give zero stars and 2) Amazon offered home pickup. Kudos to Amazon!

We are very pleased with the fire pit. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the instructions to put it together we're pretty much worthless. With a little ingenuity, it all worked out. We're very pleased with the quality and thought it was a good product for the money.

Like the round top and size. The top is tile which makes it easy to keep clean. Assembly was fairly easy. An extra set of hands would have helped.

I finally got to USE THIS for the first time this year and it worked out really good. It threw out some nice heat. The propane lasted hours and hours. Highly recommend. It took some time to assemble but once you get it, you’re good to go.

This product deserves negative or a zero star rating. Based on customer reviews I expected that the negative comments were the exception but sadly my experience with this product is now stacked in that same column. I'll start by saying that I'm very mechanically inclided and enjoy building things but this product isn't worth the bargain it appears to be. While all pieces were present, they fit together VERY poorly. Without bending parts such as the tank support it WILL NOT fit togther. Assuming you manage to get it assembled, the door does not close properly, there remains an inch+ gap. Additionally... my table top arrived cracked, which I might have overlooked if everything else met expectations. I've started the return process and just hope that now goes smoothly. This would have been a nice affordable firepit table but in the end it's typical for what you'd expect for an import. Nothing but poor quality and not worth the headache.
