Unbelievably quiet. Can barely tell it’s running outside. Zero vibration. I have a 1,000 ft garage and the ceiling is not insulated it cools and heats it no problem. Pretty easy to install just take your time helps to have a second set of hands. Functions great so far. Seems to be well built. Fan can reach quite far. Really efficient, very quiet, maintains the temp set at and remote is easy to navigate. I have a 30 ft rv in 100 degree weather and it will cool to set temps and I like it cooler. Mine is installed in the bay door to the couch storage. (I removed it. ) near the floor and it works fine at about 1 1/2 ft off the ground. Cold to sit by. We mounted it to a board then installed. We got it installed today by a professional. Installation was smooth and it’s working amazing it’s blowing very cold air in a 102 Arizona heat. The only thing is it came with a swing left and right button which is not working, I contacted support and was offered a partial refund and was advised to have a technician come and take a look at it. DO NOT BUY!!! Warranty from manufacturer doesn’t exist. I’ve purchased several of these units & not once have they shipped me both pieces. I waited for the second box and it never arrived. Amazon said to contact the manufacturer who gave me the run around until the return date passed and now tried to sell me the missing piece when I already paid for the entire unit. I was forced to give a star when they deserve zero stars for ripping me off. Now I have a useless paperweight outdoor unit I cannot use without the indoor unit I never received! No value for the money at all! RUN, RUN, RUN from this brand! If problems can’t get corrected in the beginning then they definitely won’t be if someone happens to actually receive both pieces and something goes wrong! ... show more

This is my second yitahome mini split. Installed the first one about 6 weeks ago. It is working great. Just finished up this one and it too is working great. The instructions are a bit lacking, but there are plenty of videos out there. First one took me about 4 hours. Second one about 2.5 hours. Recommend buying or borrowing a vacuum pump. I used nylog thread sealer on the lineset connections and coiled up the extra horizontally under the outside unit. The wifi is a bit confusing, but we got it working too. I would like to give a 4.5 star review for the instructions. Otherwise it is fine. ... show more

Fantastic! The installation was not difficult at all knowing we needed some auxiliary parts but the house is now cool as ever and is not noisy at all! The convenience with the remote control is great since it’s at a higher elevation to reach!
