Everything included worked exactly as it should—mounting hardware, line set, remote, all solid. For DIYers: you’ll need to supply your own disconnect breaker, indoor/outdoor breakers, and feed wire. That’s standard for most installs, but worth knowing upfront so you can order everything together. Both the indoor and outdoor units look clean and professional. CANNOT GET MISSING PARTS! The company will only replace the entire unit (inside and outside) for the one missing grill and screws. The part was never installed. Now I'm concerned about ever needing parts and what to do. Be cautious when ordering this unit. It runs great and is quiet.

The unit runs great and cools the room efficiently. The included tape didn’t have any adhesive, but it wasn’t a big deal—we just used our own duct tape. Overall, very satisfied with the performance.

This was an amazing install. We have never installed one before but we managed to have it done in one day! Absolutely love it so much we ordered another one! I can’t speak on the heat yet but the air conditioning works amazing. The unit is really quiet until you put it in turbo mode which isn’t annoyingly loud. Shipping was super fast. Within a week the unit came in. I saw other reviews saying theirs arrived separate days but both arrived same day for us. Excited for the next one to arrive! We were quoted almost $20,000 to have two installed in our home. We saved so much money as well!!!!

This item arrived promptly, but I was out of town for a month after it arrived and could not have it installed. I returned the first of September (after the return date had passed) and just this past week was able to have my service technician install it. When it was finally done, just in time for a cold night, it worked beautifully. Kept my house toasty all night. Whether I will be satisfied in the long run, remains to be seen. When my first electric bill and future ones arrive, I’ll know if it is more efficient and more economic than my previous heat source.

This product works great. Installed myself. You will need a few things for the wiring that do not come with the unit. Also will need a vacuum pump to vacuum down line set. Been using it for approximately a month and been flawless, while running extremely quiet. I purchased another brand for another part of my house and those line sets are a lot thinner then this unit. These seem to be be made line set that will last.
