Installed my unit 1 week after receiving it. Vacuumed down line set for 30 minutes. I left my gauges on line set for 1 hour after vacuuming them and hold a great vacuum with no leaks. Run fine on heating and cooling for the first week. Now the inside unit runs but the outside unit the compressor will not kick on at all. Waiting to see what the company is going to do about it. Nice quiet ac, installation was fairly simple, the main thing you need a is a vacuum pump. You can find plenty of videos of other mini split insulations on YouTube. So far I’m very happy with it only time will tell about longevity.

Install the unit but the vents don’t work from side to side only up and down so far is cooling good

I'm giving it one STAR because it DOES NOT FREEZE AT ALL. I purchased a 12000 BTU and paid a certified HVAC to install it inside my garage but unfortunately it is giving enough cold. The temperature inside the garage feels like 73 degrees at most. The technician checked everything but told me the issue is from the mini split itself. ... show more

Does what it's supposed to do. Won't know about long term durability and reliability since it's already no longer available. Suspect l will have issues once 30 day warranty expires and I expect no manufacturers support as others have complained about. But I bought because of price and it does as needed except oscillation only works in one axis only. Quiet and functional, instructions are not very good but most of these units are pretty similar in design and installation videos are all over. ... show more
