My husband and I took a chance purchasing this gazebo despite not having a single consumer review. We were pleasantly surprised! The frame is solid and the curtains and netting are good quality and hopefully will hold up against these Midwest winds. In total, it took us about 9 hours over 2 days to put it together. I recommend patience and alcohol (not necessarily in that order) to keep arguing to a minimum. 😄 For consumers: Once it’s completed, I definitely recommend applying a clear silicone caulk around each roof panel. This will alleviate wind vibrations and will seal it against rain. For the manufacturer: While we are certainly pleased with the product, I do have some suggestions for future iterations of this gazebo. First, although we love the amount of light the roof panels provide, please tint the roof panels darker. We were careful to follow the instructions of which side to face outwards but we still get massive glare as the sun passes overhead. We will be applying a medium to help with that although we haven’t decided on car window tinting or an acrylic latex paint (your suggestions are welcome). Second, please add additional pole wraps to the tops and bottoms of the curtains. We live in a very windy area and the single pole wrap in the middle isn’t enough to combat the winds. Lastly, please add a way to secure the loose side of the curtain when it’s only zipped on one side. Could be as simple as a slit in the curtain to feed the pole wrap through. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase and are looking forward to enjoying our outside living space all summer long.

I would highly recommend this product. On time delivery and all parts accounted for. I will say that for the most part one person can put the frame together and this can be done in one day , but u will need two people to fix the roof slats. Everything fits well together without any hassle. Build quality is very sturdy if done in the right order. The manual is easy to follow. I will update when it rains. Very happy with product.

So far so good! Just got this out together and I love it.. we haven’t had a storm or rain yet so idk if it has leakage or how it hold up to that (I’ll update in a few months) only reason it got 4 starts is because the top part was a pain to put together. Be sure you have help and multiple ladders! But over all it wasn’t to bad, my mom and I put it together with help of my 3 younger children. My husband did help with the roof because I was tired by that point. It will take about a whole day to put together with just two people.. so invite friends to help and make sure if it’s in the middle of a sunny area, they use common sense and realize the metal gets hot, and have them something cold to drink.. they will get aggravated if it’s not completely square and level.. stuff will not line up c you don’t take the time to be sure it’s square. Other than that we love it and it looks great! No missing parts, very sturdy, fits great in my spot. And will be very functional for what we need it for..

Metal gauge is thinner than I hoped. Therefore, I don't expect this to last as long as I hoped. The instructions could use more wording. The worst thing was the useless plastic pieces that slip onto the top of the roofing panels for the apparent purpose of preventing rain from coming through the top of the roof. Try to get them to stay on while assembling the gazebo - GOOD LUCK!!! I am confident that wind will blow them off before the thin iron degrades to end the life of the product. Good things: The screw holes lined up well, there were extra screws (necessary as some screws seemed to strip out), parts were complete and in good condition. It is too early to say if I'd buy this again, but it was for a 94 year old woman. I hope she and the gazebo do well for a long time and go peacefully without regrets (when the time comes).

The only complaint I have was delivered to the wrong house. Otherwise unit went together easy. Instructions were fairly easy. I put this together by myself. Took my time. It took me about 4 days. Looks beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. Buyer beware !!!!!! If I could rate it a negative 5. That would be way too much !!!! Do not buy from this supplier. They will bait and swap on you !!! Let me start off by saying. I had purchased (3). 10x12 units from them over the past month or so. But on the last order they swapped with an entirely different model. Not even close to others. It is total garbage!!! . Bolt holes were very difficult to get bolts started. Pieces didn’t line up correctly. Scratches on most items at unboxing And all the metal for the roof was coated with a thin plastic that literally took (2) people 4.5 hours to peel off. I purchased for a client and it was not the one she picked out. I had to refund her the money. I threw the gazebo in a jobsite dumpster and reordered from another vendor that sells exactly what they list.
