This unit has everything I need for a nice shave and then a handful of extras. The main razor itself works fantastic for giving the perfect Don Johnson, Miami Vice, five o'clock shadow look. That's pretty much the way I generally go. But if I decide to let the beard grow a little bit more, there's all sorts of length attachments to keep the right style going. I like to use the short one for keeping the chest hair at a respectable length. Not going full Bigfoot now. Just that perfect amount of Sean Connery. The body hair trimmer blade is also a real smooth and comfortable razor head. Works great for shoulder and upper arms. Also, a good choice for a more clean cut look on the face. Nose hair trimmer is pretty decent too. Then there are also the manscaping thin trimmers, when you really need the perfect lines. Get the Nicolas Cage V look straight out of Valley Girl. Could be fun. It's fantastic that not only is it rechargeable and has a cool docking station plus accessory holding dock too. But it's great that it shows the battery status right on the handle. There is nothing worse than getting about half way through a shave and then having the razor peter out on me. Battery also seems to last about one month on a full charge. Give or take on use. Then they also have the cleaning brush, oil, and even a comb to suit just about any shaving mission. I'm overall really happy with this blade. Everything I needed works solid and I can switch betweens heads in rapid succession. Great construction and the docking station really keeps it all together. Haven't had any nicks or snags either. Well worth it.

Overall I like this trimmer a lot. It shows how much charge/time is left, it's washable, and the wide T blade cuts close, which is my main use case. I've mostly been using the T blade to shave/buzz my face and head a couple times a week for a few weeks, and have found it to cut closer than other trimmers from Wahl, Norelco, Braun, and Remington. Not quite a zero length or like a Philips OneBlade, but definitely shorter than other clippers and trimmers I've used. The trimmers I've been using cut to .4mm, so this trimmer with the T blade cuts to something noticeably less than that; 1-2 days of growth less. The other blades also cut close. Also, the trimmers are lightweight and comfortable to hold. The different blades pop on and off easily enough. A few downsides: The blades could be sharper and/or the motor could be more powerful. I have coarse and dense hair, and the blades don't cut completely and smoothly on the first pass as with other trimmers that I have. These don't pull on the hairs, but they do miss some hairs. Also, if I trim hair after not shaving for a week, they tend to not cut all the way down, so I need to do 2-3 passes. The foil attachment didn't do well for me. Some sort of pouch or case would be nice, especially since there are several attachments. I don't use the stand because I find it to be too big and I don't want everything set up on my counter. A stand for just the trimmer would be fine, but personally I don't like the big display stand. Power cord uses older style connection on the trimmer end with two pins and a slot in the middle, so not much interoperability with modern USB cords.

I got this grooming kit for my husband, and he likes it very much! What he's most impressed with is how very many different features it has---so many different attachments for different things! You can trim and groom just about anything---he's used it for shaving his head, trimming his beard and mustache, for nose hair and ear hair, and so on! It's very easy to switch the heads to change to a different attachment. He loves how everything stores very nicely on the base, so you can have everything at hand you need. It's also great how this very clearly shows how much battery time is left, so you know if you have enough time to get the shaving you need to do done. The only issue he found is that the #7 nose and ear trimmer didn't seem to work well, but the #5 Design Trimmer was small enough to easily work on his nose and ears. The instructions were very nicely written, much better than that of similar items like this, and the whole set just looked very good, including the glossy black container box with the silver writing. This would be a good looking and welcome gift! And it's very reasonably priced!

As probably most people, I will primarily use this kit as a shaver, and mustache/sideburns trimmer, so many of the accessories related to actual hair cutting are going to remain untested. Overall, the unit is comfortable to use. The estimated time-left-on-battery indicator, if accurate, is really cool. Being waterproof (so far - used it 3x in the shower) is also cool. I found the foil trimmer and all the other trimmers work well, except the nose hair trimmer which took forever to do its job due to the small size of the actual openings in the middle. Obviously cannot comment on reliability since I just got it recently. But as someone else mentioned - if it lasts 2 years or so, it's still a great value. My negatives are: 1) the method for changing trimmer heads is very badly described in the instructions and it took me a frustrating while to figure it out. Once you know how to do it, though, it's easy; 2) the kit includes a USB charging cable but not the adapter to plug into an AC outlet which, I assume, would be the most common way people will charge this device. So you have to either use one from your phone or other device or will have to buy one; 3) the "docking station" it comes with may be OK for home use but if you want to take this with you on travel, you'll have to supply your own case or sack to store it in; 4) a bit underpowered feeling but does the job. There are other kits like this out there, but charge more than $25, so this is a value winner.
