If you are over 5’6”, you might want to keep looking. It fits me but just barely. The seat is firm but I prefer that. The motor is very quiet and somewhat slow. The massage/heat control would not turn on. I called to see if Amazon would send me a new control but my options were full or partial refund. I took the partial refund so I can’t speak to the heat/massage. I really just needed the lift function which works fine. I probably would not buy again. ... show more

No instructions. Broken plastic parts that keep the wires from unplugging. Can’t get the sides to spread out far enough to lock in place. Arms zippers and Velcro to hold them on and because I can’t get the side to lock they are very loose and won’t support my weight. It is very small, I am 5ft 11in my feet hang over the foot rest and the back is so short if I rest my head on it all I can see is my popcorn ceiling. It’s going back!!! ... show more

Purchased for elderly parents and waited patiently to arrive. Spent over 2 hours attempting to 'pull out' arm chairs from side to 'hear a click'. NOTHING. Called Amazon Customer Service as there was no contact information on instruction sheets. Amazon finally found a number, and attempted to call on my behalf only to HUNG UP on by the seller. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. It's like to material was short sown, so there is not enough room for the side arms to expand allowing the mechanisms to lock in place. There are also 2 cup holders, but they are too big for the built in holders. Its like putting a cup 3 inches diameter into a space made only for 2.5 inches. Impossible. We never made is past the second step of the instructions. (And believe me, we tried.) I've made many purchases over the years with very few returns. Would not recommend to anyone. ... show more
