So I wanted to wait a month or so before I wrote this review so that I could really test out the product and give people my honest opinion because when I purchase something the reviews are the first thing that I got to. PROS: -The suction power is awesome and I have no problem with that, you're also able to adjust the suction power. There are three different settings on the app low, medium, and max. -I love that I am able to map out the house and know which area is which. -I love the fact that if I don't want the whole house vacuumed that I am able to pick a certain area such as just the living room to be vacuumed. -As far as PET HAIR it really picks up the pet hair I have a pit/beagle mix and he sheds like crazy and I would have to sweep literally everyday and now that I have this I don't. -I have a cowhide RUG and it goes over it just fine and gets all the dog hair and dirt out of it as well. Of course when I mop the house I shake out the rugs that I have and honestly I don't have a lot of dirt that comes out of them because of this vacuum. -The CARPET is very clean and it leaves those very satisfying vacuum lines that I love to see (if you know then you know) -On the CLEANING CYCLE it goes over the house more than once so that it makes sure it gets everything and it tries it's absolute best to get into the corners. -The APP for the vacuum is very user friendly and easy to figure out. -The APP tells you how much life your filter has left until it needs to be changed and it also throws out little reminders telling you to be sure that you're keeping it clean. -The vacuum comes with a little cleaning brush that helps clean the FILTER and it makes it a lot easier to get the dirt out of the filter. -I have HARDWOOD floor throughout the house and then I have CARPET in both of the bedrooms and it does great transitioning from HARDWOOD to CARPET CONS: -If you have the MAX suction on it obviously drains the battery faster because its using more power so it takes a little longer for it to clean than I would like it to. -If you have any phone chargers or wires or anything like that make sure you have them up off the floor or the space blocked off so that it doesn't get near them because it will get TANGLED in them. -Of course it doesn't get all the CORNERS but that is to be expected and I have a handheld vacuum for the corners of the house. -It takes a little but to MAP out the house and I live in a single wide 2 bed 2 bath trailer and it took about 2 hours or longer for it to map out the house so I wish that could be done in a shorter time period but again its a robot so I understand. -It will not tell you when the TRAY IS FULL. I thought that it would at least tell you when you needed to dump or clean the tray but it doesn't really. Just make sure that after every clean you dump it out even if you think your house isn't that dirty. -If it is on MAX power and it doesn't make it back to the charging station quick enough then it will die and you will have to pick it up and take it back to it's charging station. I don't mind this but if your not home while it's cleaning then you're gonna come home to a dead vacuum. Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum and I think that it's the best one that I have had. I have bought the IRobot and the ILIFE and this one by far is the best for PET HAIR and SUCTION power.

Edit: figured out how to make the mop function 10x better. Simply spray a solution of vinegar and water on the area you want to mop, and then use the robot in that area. Open some windows as you don't want to be breathing in too much of the vinegar fumes. But the grime and dirt will come off much more easily when you do this This little vacuum is awesome. It has some downsides but overall it's one of my favorite purchases. I also had an issue with my device after a few months, and customer service was amazing in resolving the problem! I'll start with the cons - Especially when you first use it, it will say that its brush is tangled, especially if you have long hair like me (probably not an issue with pet hair or really short hair) - Mopping functionality is way weaker than the sweeping. It just takes a really long time and many passes to get it. What I dont get is why these robo vacs don't use steam. If they did, this would work 10x better. but with regular (even hot) water, it takes forever. -It generally talks a lot. it's kind of endearing sometimes but it talks unnecessarily, e.g. "I'm starting to clean." "I am being relocated" "I am suspended" - like, I know, it's pretty obvious. On the flip side, it is nice to know exactly what the problem is, but usually it's pretty obvious (brushes are tangled, it's stuck in a corner, etc) - if you have a mix of carpet and wood/tile - it will mop everything. I think this is a problem with all robo mops, but not sure. You can create barriers however to prevent it from mopping what you don't want (just put down something heavy) pros - vacuums really, really well. Better than the other robo vac I got which was just a dedicated vacuum, no mop -it looks nice and feel well made - is pretty good at figuring out how to maneuver situations. you have to pull up the odd wire here and there, but I trust it to go around my house and do its thing without needing to babysit. for the mopping, i put a box in front of the door so that it cant exit the kitchen. you can also put weights strategically to box it in. - it makes me want to clean more to kind of help it out. and especially when my floors are clean, i want to clean up other stuff. my place has never looked better, which is a great feeling, especially during quarantine - it's very quiet. sometimes i dont even know where it is because it's moving so quietly - it has a large dustbin - my house has never been cleaner! Overall, I love it. I cant believe i went so long without it. even though the mopping isn't as good as a steam mop, it's better than nothing. Plus it vacuums so well that you don't need to do as much mopping as you might have otherwise (sometimes what you think is stuff you need to mop is just stuff that needs to be vacuumed). My floors feel amazing. I love this thing!!
