    • Tried many, this headset seems to be the one
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Purchased these to use in my home office. I work full time from home, and I make phone calls all day. I have trialed many different headsets and this one seems to be the best. It does not require you to download software, which is necessary for my job as we are not allowed to do so on work computers. It is wireless so I can get up and walk around when needed. The headset is comfortable. The boom allows you to mute and unmute easily. The battery so far has been good. And individuals on the other end of the call have stated the sound is clear and it cancels out background noise. Happy with this purchase. ... show more

    • Far Range, Comfortable Ears
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
I use this connected to my PC and use Ring Central App for communications. The ability to answer and hand up a call from the headset is super nice. Mute when boom is up is another super nice feature. Mute reminder is awesome. It will remind you mic it muted if you pickup a call with the boom up. I have twin 3 yr olds. Noise cancelation is damn good compared to what I was using. Although their screaming and crying does come threw sometimes. I didn't think I would like the ear pieces at first because they don't cover my big a$$ ears. But they are COMFY and I can wear them for hours. Only complaint I have is if I have them on with no sound playing threw. I don't like the noise cancelation, kind of gives me a headache. I usually have to remove one of the ear pieces so I don't go crazy. Cover both your ears with your palms, you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure that's just the feature of noise cancelation and not these in particular. ... show more

    • Solid Player
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Over the years in IT I have purchased a lot of headsets. We do use mostly Yealink phones now which is why I initially tried these. That being said, I would still buy these regardless. I have found that these just work better than the other brands and hold up very well. Sound quality is good, Bluetooth works with deskphone and cellphone. I prefer to order the Over Ear like this rather than the small in ear headsets. They dont look as slick but last longer and employees prefer them for day to day use. ... show more

    • Works good….When it works
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Works good when it works. Randomly cuts out for no reason and then cuts back in when it wants to. Noise canceling is great and works from a good distance away

    • Very good home office headset
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Almost a year with it and it is really good. I love the range, I can go to the kitchen while in a call. I use it with a Mac and no issues at all. Battery life is good and noise canceling is good. When my kids are around I ask the other person if they can hear it and they can hear very little, so noise cancelling is good ... show more

    • Lack of customer support
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Worked fine until it didn't. Call quality issues. Zero customer support when there is a problem. ZERO. Might as well throw it away and buy something else.

    • Unmatched Range, Great Sound & Comfortable
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
Home based educator. This blocks out all typical home noises (pets, family, washing machine, lawn mower and leaf blower. Great sound in my end and great feedback from those on the other end of my calls. Tested connectivity by playing a song from my computer: via Bluetooth, can get about 100 steps away. via DECT, I walked half-way down the block (300+ steps) without missing a note. ... show more

    • Great, but I will go for the single ear option in the future
Size: WH64 Dual-UC
I am a big fan of the Yealink line of headsets. I think that for a work environment especially they have a nice combination of comfort, quality, ease of use and flexibility. I have been using a light weight corded version for a while now and have loved it. So when I got the chance to review a wireless, theoretically higher end model, I jumped at the chance. My job involves periods of sedentary desk work combined with bounding up and down throughout the day. A cordless headset just makes sense. After about a week, here are my thoughts: Comfort: The ear pads on these is very cushioned and feels nice and squishy against your head. It provides an extra bit of noise cancellation since the padding forms a sort of seal. I work in a cubical that is open to a lobby area and shared work space. It can make it difficult to focus on your project when others are having a group meeting just feet away. That is actually happening right now and instead of accidently eavesdropping on a meeting, I was able to quickly connect to spotify and listen to a new album. Ease of Use: I will admit that I was a little frustrated by the delay it took for my devices to recognize the earphones. Once they did, they seem to remember, but it did take some finagling to make it work. Charge: The dock is a bonus. It keeps my desktop looking tidy and professional, I always know where my headset is, and it's always fully charged every morning! Audio: Look, I listen to a lot of music and video call chatter throughout the day. That doesn't mean that I'm the best judge of audio mixing. I can't wax poetic about the bass or some technobabble. These sound just fine for the work I do. They also work well enough for editing spoken audio and the external sound is isolated enough that I get a good listening experience without turning the volume up to 11. Downside: I really shouldn't be this isolated in a work environment. I think I would have preferred a single ear headset that would have allowed me to split my attention between my online meetings and my surroundings. I like to stand during zoom and teams meetings and these work great for that, but it does require that I turn my back to the office door. Having one ear out for visitors would be ideal. Instead I spend most meetings sliding the headset around so that an ear is uncovered. Dorky. Yes, yes, I know. I'm an office drone and I don't get to look "cool" while taking care of bidness. The dropdown headphone makes the calls sound amazing, but I look like exactly what I am: a middle aged lady just trying to get through another day at the office. Yea. ... show more
