Seems to be working as I have more energy and have an overall good feeling. I am more alert and focused and it keeps me regular as well. However, this is the 3rd bottle that I have purchased and instead of getting 60 capsules there have been 59 in the bottle. Not happy about that 😕. I have been ordering these for more than a year now and I am more than happy with their performance. First, I gave it 5 stars, but want to be transparent that its more like 4.5 stars. Why? Well, if they were smaller that might be better for those who have issues taking bigger softgels. But, a big reason I like these is because they are soft gels that dont have all the fillers some of these other brands that claim they are free of them (check your ingredients list yall). I, like some who reviewed the product, didnt see much happening or slight changes at the beginning because I started low at one pill per day so I did some research and upped my dose to 2 per day and this worked perfectly. The price is affordable, but I wish they would make bigger bottles instead of only providing 60 count bottles and glass not plastic. Overall though, this is a great product I will stick with for a long time. ... show more

    • Been a Week. Nothing is Different. Disappointed.

From reading the reviews I had super high expectations for this supplement. I am now 5 days in and I feel no different throughout the day, I don't feel like I have more energy, and with that said it's not keeping me up at night or giving me any weird side effects either so I guess that's a plus. However, it's not working for me. While I read a lot of reviews that justified the number of stars that I decided to leave on this review, I leave my bias opinions out of my reviews purposely because not everything works for everybody. But when I read reviews from older people in their 70s saying that they had less brain fog and had more energy and then also people of my age and their 40s feeling a lot better, I figured something would change. Again, I'm glad that it works for those that have left five stars and great reviews, but I have to wonder how much of that is psychological and how much of that is actually the product. As I decided to look up and understand more of what our body produces and how this helps that, like much of the supplements that we ingest, if you're not missing the chemical makeup in your body to need this, it's not going to do anything for you. Needless to say I obviously don't have a problem nor do I need the supplement. My hunt for more energy and to not have ADHD paralysis continues. It's really too bad as I had high hopes but by day five you know whether something's going to work or not. ... show more
