What a positive game changer. Never used a dehydrator before, but now would highly recommend for every family out there. I'm a beef jerky guy and that's been what I've used this product for, so far. It's quiet, light weight and easy to use and oh my goodness was the beef jerky delicious. Why spend those exorbitant prices on jerky at a store when you can make your own utilizing your favorite spices. Oh, don't just stop at beef jerky make sure you get some low fat hamburger meat and make your own beef sticks, as well. My oh my let your imagination run wild at the thought. Just make sure you have a towel or napkin near by to wipe away the saliva running down your chin at the thought of the taste of your very own concoctions!

I bought this as a gift for someone the fan works but, no heat. It has a 1 month return or replacement but when the gift is given 2 months after purchasing it and finding out it doesn't work it's too late and your out the money for it.

This is a really nice dehydrator for the price. I have used it so far to dry functional mushrooms, such as reishi and turkeytail. This dehydrator has a timer and adjustable temperature control which makes it perfect for all food drying applications. I am really looking forward to making beef jerky next.

I'm new to dehyrating foods and had no idea what i needed as far as a dehydrator. I chose this one because it was compact but is 5 tiered and was moderately priced. I've been using this dehydrator non stop since it arrived. It's working out very well.

It was my first time with a dehydrator and I didn’t know if it was working or not, I put chicken in to make dog treats and left for 8 hours and didn't do anything, I searched up it dehydrators only blow cold air it dosent. This only blew cold air even if the temperature was at 158 and it wasn’t warm at all, I just decided to return it the next day since item was defective but the machine is quite it dosent make any noise I just think the dehydrator I have the heater dosent work. But overall it’s great size and small enough to go on top of my microwave.

I only gave 3 stars because the base machine works great but the trays are another matter. They are made of plasic so of course when you heat plastic it gets dry and brittle. After one use with this the trays started to crack and break. I will be returning this one for one that has better trays that won't dry rot. Over all the machine is quiet and works very well. Simple to clean with a wash cloth and some rubbing alcohol. The trays I hand washed with dawn. The design is nice and compact, which is great for small spaces. While using the machine my home smelled absolutly delicious! I don't think this machine is worth the money the want for it only because of the trays, other wise it's a good machine.
