Love how quickly and easily it winds up a hank of yarn. Much better for my arthritis than cranking a regular ball winder or using my nostapenne. So much faster and the ball of yarn is more uniform. It was definitely worth the money

I like the idea of an electric ball winder. This took some effort to make work. The tension tool or part was worthless, except act as a yarn guide. It snapped off after a few uses. I still use it until I can find a better one

Not sure why, but it worked great for the first time I used it. The second time? It would only twitch. And then when I tried a third time, it didn't even click on. Even plugged in, secured properly, and everything. Bummed cause I really liked it :(
