I recently purchased these headphones, and I must say, they have exceeded all my expectations! The noise cancellation feature is absolutely fantastic and much needed when I am at calls at the home office The sound quality is also outstanding. The audio is crisp and clear and have not had any issues with dropping of sound quality during calls or while listening to music. ***UPDATE: Productech/TREBLAB reached out and wanted to "make things right," so they offered me a pair of TREBLAB Z2 headphones. I haven't used these enough to do a full review, but in brief use, they seem comfortable and have decent build quality for wireless headphones in their price range. Dealing with their customer service was unexpected and quite odd, but not unpleasant - let's call them "quirky." As they reached out to me directly and offered an entirely different free product with zero prompting from myself, I've bumped the rating on these up by one star, so please factor that in to your consideration of the X3 Pros. ____________________________________ To be clear, I don't use "sport" earbuds for sports or intense physical activities - I simply have issues with standard wireless earbuds popping out, so I prefer the ear hooks for extra stability. The earbud hooks on the X3 Pros feel a little cheap and are uncomfortable to wear compared to other sport earbuds in this price-range. The audio is fine for my purposes, but be warned - people on calls have told me the mics pick up ALL the background noise. The case is arguably the best thing about this - feels sturdy, has a useful little front display (that isn't always on, thankfully), and charges quickly. I haven't had a chance to really push the battery life, but it's FAR superior to my previous sport earbuds. Also, if you want to register the product, the process is quite strange. Most product registrations simply require you to give your name, email, product model number, date/place of purchase, and an order number. This involved a whole survey, with required questions about using the product and a yes/no question on if you're happy with it. Since most people who register their products (that I know of) do so immediately after purchase, they won't be able to adequately answer these questions. Seriously, who's waiting for a month of product use to register? Bottom Line: The X3 Pros aren't the worst, and I won't be returning them, but neither can I particularly recommend them. If there's a killer sale, and you want to use them for running or workouts, they might fit the bill, but do your research first. There's better options out there for the price. Also, the company is a bit odd, but clearly driven by customer satisfaction, so it's up to you to decide if all that adds up to an experience you want to have. ... show more

So I’m really bad about leaving reviews. Shame on me. Because I realize so much on what other people say to make my decisions on purchases. The first of these I got wouldn’t hold a charge, I’ve seen a lot of reviews where that has happened. But when I replaced them, I couldn’t be happier. The sound is wonderful, I use these four hours a day and I am on day eight without charging and I still am at 60%, if I had any complaint it would be the volume. For the average person, probably not an issue. I’m pushing 60. I have a hard time when we’re on the train going through a tunnel. I can’t get the volume loud enough to hear what’s being said, so I have to use the captions. 100% recommend these. ... show more

When I first ordered these, I loved them. Battery life was great, they are comfortable and secure. They sound great, get reasonably loud and have a nice balance between bass heavy enough for music, but also clear enough for podcasts or tv. Aside from several minor complaints (the activity light is ridiculously bright and since I mainly use them at night as to not wake my wife, it kind of defeats the purpose, and the robotic voice that advises of the status (battery low, connected, etc) is very loud and cannot be adjusted) I've used them every day for just over a year. However as I neared the year mark, the charging became spotty at best and at this point it's honestly a coin flip whether my headset will be charged or if it will just drain the case and not charge. Flipping through other reviews, this is an alarmingly common complaint. Since I'm beyond the year mark I'm out of warranty which is sad, but for the last year, these have been great and I would recommend them to others, just keep in mind, they are a ticking clock, and you'll probably get about a year out of them. Only other thing worth noting is that the mic is pretty poor, I'd regularly have to either yell or disconnect them entirely so I could be heard. For me, I never cared about using them as a communication headset so I'm not too fussed, but others may be. ... show more
