I agree with this review. I really wanted to like this product, but I was not impressed. For starters, I was not aware that I was gonna have to run an ethernet cord outside as I assumed it was just going to work with GPS and internal networking. Next within a few hours of setting it up and using it, I started getting error codes. I’ve had several error codes for a battery overheating, motor overheating and a lot of trips outside to unclog the blades as they was stuck and unable to cut. I think I’ll be requesting to return it.

After half of a season with my Yarbo M1 Lawn Mower (2024 version), I noticed the cut quality had started to decline slightly—nothing drastic, just a dullness in how the grass looked after each mow. I rotated the disks to utilize the other side of the blade and wanted to have another set on hand. The cuts are clean again, and the trim looks noticeably better. I mow around 19,000 sq ft (just under half an acre), 3 times per week depending on weather and grass growth, so it made sense that the original blades needed a refresh. These replacements are an exact fit. The packaging was neat, installation was simple (just follow Yarbo’s instructional video), and everything was back up and running in under 15 minutes. One tip: wear gloves—these blades are sharp right out of the box. Beyond the blades themselves, I’ve been impressed with Yarbo as a whole. The M1 Lawn Mower has handled all my mowing with minimal intervention. I remapped my yard a couple of times to dial in the coverage and reduce turning wear in certain spots, but now it's truly a set-it-and-forget-it experience. The app is intuitive, and once you’ve done the initial setup (mapping, mounting the Data Center, etc.), it’s incredibly satisfying to let it run. Customer support has been decent—initial replies usually take a day, but they’ve been quick to push software updates when issues arise. Most of the bugs I’ve run into were software-related, and the hardware has been rock solid so far. In short, these blades are a must-have for ongoing maintenance, and Yarbo continues to evolve in the right direction. Highly recommend both the part and the platform.

I rarely do reviews, however this product really needs one. First off, you will read a lot of reviews with people complaining about this or that. This product takes some work to install. There are numerous use cases where this isn’t a good fit. With that said, reach out to them first, send pictures of your yard and work area. Additionally all of the people who work at Yarbo are available via social media etc. There is zero excuse for people saying they can’t reach someone. 1. This thing works well once set up. 2. It’s heavy, so get help for initial setup. 3. Plan to spend some time mapping and getting things dialed in. 4. Build quality is unmatched. 5. This product is still new in its life cycle and you will be an early adopter. This is not a Toyota Camry, it’s still got weird bugs here and there. They are trivial but do exist. 6. Be prepared to find a perfect spot for it to live. This may not be in the most ideal from a visual perspective. Again chat with them first! 7. Have fun, this thing is a huge toy that can do work. It can tow a car easily on the flat. Realize what you’re buying! 8. Talk to them before you buy! I can’t stress this enough. 9. The image I shared shows the boxes for just the main bot and the mower module. These are next to the largest Husqvarna robot mower in its box. As you can see this isn’t a small toy. The build quality and technology is next level. Did I mention talk to them before you buy.
