Placed an order June 27 and have received HALF of my couch in one box. I understand that mistakes and mishaps occur but there is an area of opportunity for communicating. Something as simple as a packing slip with the email confirmation would’ve made a world of difference. The original seller reaches out to ask for your phone number but does not tell you how many packages (if plural) you should expect or what is included where. If I had that information, I would’ve known that I was missing items when the shipment company reached out to schedule their delivery. Needless to say, I’m in my living room sitting on my incomplete sectional, highly annoyed. For what’s it’s worth, the half I have in my possession was easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable to be angry on. *Update: the shipping company had my other box on the dock and were able to deliver it the following morning. It would’ve been nice to have received communication from the seller as to how many packages I would be receiving so it could’ve saved a headache and would‘ve been caught earlier. The couch is cool and great for an apartment with the storage.

Great couch for a small or first apartment. The pull out piece is very handy since I am very tall. The storage under the lounger can hold quite a few pillows and blankets which is great for apartments without a ton of storage. The two foot stools that is comes with are a great added bonus to have as food stools or extra small seats. My couch came missing a piece of the back support, but the company responded quickly and sent out the missing piece to me immediately. Very good customer service.

The couch is very comfortable and arrived on time. Love the storage piece. The only thing we didn't like is putting the pieces together as the hooks were a bit smaller to grasp together but the end result was great!
