Description

Kyser Musical Products, Inc. has collaborated with Fender Musical Instruments Corp. to launch its new series of "Classic Colors" Quick-Change Electric Guitar Capos. The capos feature Kyser's precision ColorMatch Process along with a newly designed 9.5" radius contoured perfectly to the fretboard of most electric guitars. The ColorMatch Process involves precisely recreating classic Pantone colors via state-of-the-a rt photospectrometry, then customizing and comparing the shades against several vintage and modern-era Fender guitars. The capos are also road-tested by Kyser's artisan crafters and a faithful roster of globaI artists and techs, and the radius has been engineered against numerous fretboards from several electric guitar models to guarantee accurate tension and fit. These inaugural Classic Colors nod to the legendary vintage instruments of the '50s and '60s, including some of Fender's most revered and recognizable guitars. Available in Surf Green, Butterscotch Blonde, Olympic White, and Daphne Blue, the capos are designed with collectors and vintage Fender instrument enthusiasts in mind.

This is a great looking Capo that costs a little more. Let’s be honest all capos do the same thing. Clamp your strings. Some cost more and some cost less. If you want a great looking capo to clamp on your headstock when not in use this one fits the bill. If you want a cheap capo to hide and use discreetly this one is not for you. ... show more

Need a new Capo for my Fender Strat, and this one fit the bill. Works perfectly every time. Holds in place and can capo on any fret without a problem. Spring is heavy, so it gets some getting used to putting it on your guitar neck. Love the color and the finish is first rate.

If you want to play some Johnny Guitar Watson, Albert Collins, or Jimmie Lee Vaughan style blues and you want a capo that's quick to change and fits nicely...this is the one. I have a strat with a compound radius and it works great all up the neck. Also have a prs which it also works on. Only thing I wish is that they had a few more color options to choose from. But the Olympic white looks just fine with my burgundy mist. ... show more

Been using the same black Kyser Capo for over 20 years. Even though I store the capo on my headstock with the spring under tension it still works great. Only reason I bought a new one is that I misplaced mine recently. It will turn up eventually, but in the mean time this new onw appears to be the same quality as ever and the surf green is the perfect color to match my strat. ... show more
