This chair has super soft fabric, and luckily not the bad kind of soft that makes you grit your teeth. Fairly easy to put together, one arm had troubles screwing in. I almost fell asleep in it at work. I'm also a larger person, and the arms are wonderfully out of the way of my thicc legs. The one complaint is that I cracked my tailbone a few years ago, and the old injury does start to hurt after a while. I'm sure with anyone else it won't hurt at all.

I really like this chair - I got what I was expecting for the price I paid. The armrests that lift are a really great feature, and it is comfortable enough, though not overly plushy. It was relatively easy to assemble, though if you're not familiar with putting together boxed furniture, I'd recommend a helper as the chair back and seat are a bit unwieldy. The chair doesn't raise very high for a shorter person (I'm 5'4) and my desk has a couple of monitor stands that force me to look up - this will probably improve my posture, though, so it's not really a complaint. My other chair was a small basic computer chair and it raised really high, so folks with longer legs may want to measure the lift on their current chairs to the lift dimensions on this one. Delivery was fast and the product really is creamy white - so just be aware, pants that still leave dye behind (like dark denim) food spills, etc - it's all going to show. Hopefully it will wipe down well. But the look is very nice for a home office, and I'm very glad I bought the product, it really was just what I was looking for.

I think this chair is made quite well. I like how the entire base is metal, but it's not heavy. It feels VERY sturdy. I am 244 lbs and I think it can handle a lot more than that. Assembly was easy UNTIL I had to attach the back to the seat with the arms and I wish I did it differently. I suggest attaching the arms fully to the seat and then have someone else push the back of the chair down into the seat so the screw holes will line up. It takes pressure to get them to line up. The instructions were almost perfect - I wish the bolts were individually packed for proper identification because the instructions claim there are three separate bolts, but the drawings of two of them look the same length. I was only able to tell them apart because of their quantities. The lower back support is EXCELLENT. Upper back support is good, better than most. The cushions are quite firm and I wish they were softer, and I doubt they can be "broken in." The photo of the color of the grey fabric version is not entirely accurate because I don't think the camera can catch the pattern - its like microfiber with a denim pattern. It makes it look a little dated, in my opinion. Wheels work great on carpet. I appreciate how high and low the chair can go. I can recommend the chair if you are working and you want to have good posture. Though due to the firmness of the cushion I wouldn't sit for prolonged periods of time without a break. Overall, it's decent, very sturdy, built well, mostly comfortable, but on the firm side.

Even though the chair is very comfortable I gave it 3 stars because its extremely difficult to put together. The instructions that came with the chair are hard to understand. Had to look it up on YouTube to figure out how to put it together. Took me 3 days.

I bought this chair about six weeks ago. It was easy to assemble and it's comfortable. However, the leather on the seat started tearing already. I sit in this chair all day for my job and it gets normal use. I'm not happy that I paid this much for a chair that is already defective.
