I really liked the minty taste. It was easy to apply. After the 30 minutes I saw a bit of a difference. The mint taste made my mouth feel fresh. I would try it again.

I have only used these three times and I see a big difference. I had coffee, tea, tar - no telling what all kinds of stains, especially in between. I'm just getting older and Movie Star white had become not so important to me, so it has been a long time since I bleached. I used to use the old tray type but they didn't do a good job between my teeth, plus they were just uncomfortable and they left my teeth and gums sensitive. Not so with this formula. With this design, I found that I was able to leave them in for a much longer time. They didn't leave me irritated and I noticed a big difference, after only the first use. No idea how this came to me, but after applying the strips, I used a toothpick to press the strip down into the spaces and along my gumline. VOILA! The stubborn stains are gone. I still have four strips left and will complete the treatment course. I didn't realize how stained I was until these strips did their thing. I am adding them to my cart now. I decided white teeth make a big enough difference for me to put in the minimal effort these provide.

These are just ok for me. Yes, they whiten and have a very light mint taste. The top strip is long and fits very well. The bottom sheet is too short and doesn't hug my teeth well nor does it stay affixed very well either. I spent more time fighting with it to stay in place. I use other strips that don’t have this issue so I will not be reordering these.

Package arrived quickly. Box includes 7 PKG of strips and instructions. I followed instructions, including not brushing for one hour before use. I used one per day for 7 days. There is a typical color chart on instructions that show shades of staining. My number to start was 10 since I drink a lot of coffee! The strips were easy to remove and apply. They DO stick to teeth and need a tug to remove after 30 minutes but that means they are not sliding off. The taste was pleasant and mild. I did NOT experience ANY stinging or sensitivity. After each day I looked at the stain chart and DID see a difference of about 1 shade each day. Last day was quite noticeably brighter but not 100%. Since this kit was very reasonably priced compared with name brands so I will order a second kit. My only concern is that I have NO idea what ingredients are since I could find none listed on box or single packs. There were NO control codes on pkgs. The description says no Peroxide and just that ingredients are safe. I wasn't harmed.
