The media could not be loaded. I recently just got my very first house and slowing working on replacing all old 30 years carpets into LVP. I didn't know floor cutter existed and I was using jigsaw for all my cuttings.which was quite a big big big pain. This floor cutter is definitely a life saver and it is also within my acceptable budget range. It arrived in a flat medium size box, with every parts neatly packed together. The instructions are clear but still, the installation is not too easy. It does required few tools which didn't come with the box. See my pictures, I used 3 tools to get this successfully installed. The most painful part is the installation, once I got over it. This floor cutter is amazing! It is lightweight but it is strong! I literally used no force, and my LVP got cut smoothly. I also rented one from local store, and this one is much better. Others required lots of force, and I am a really weak petite female. With this cutter, it makes my LVP installation much faster and easier. It has a lock piece, a hand holder area to carry it. A measuring piece for angles. It is definitely well worth the price.

I didn't have a lot of vinyl plank flooring to lay, only about 550sf, but decided it would probably be worth buying this and not having to use a square, razor knife and snap and break each piece. Boy was I right! This cutter worked great. Easily cut through my 5mm LVP. Made all the cuts super-fast, accurate and clean. Cutting LVP with a razor knife is not the easiest thing to do, as I still had to do my rip cuts that way, so buying this was well worth the money and a huge time saver for all the other length cuts.

This item worked very well, it cut 600 sq feet without needing and sharpening or any issues. The unit is easily moved around from room to room with mounted wheels. The hand cutouts helped. If your going to have to cut laminate planks or vinyl planks this is a must have tool. No saw dust from a saw, just small cuttings that can be swept up and deposited intothe trash can or plastic bag. Blade is a quality blade. Accurate cuts were made aand clean. I even used it to cut quarter round pieces.

Wish I would've gotten this a lot sooner, it makes the job so much quicker and the cuts are very precise. I was surprised by the quality of this cutter, it's heavier than it looks, which is nice because it seems like it's really going to last. So far I've only used the 90° cuts, but will be nice to test out to the predefined angles when the time comes. That will really speed up the installation process.
