Easy to build, not too heavy to move, it is short so be careful of that. Its very firm, which I like. An adult over 5'5" would probably have a hard time sleeping on it. Its being used in my media room so perfect for some video gaming and a movie night.

I should have went with my first instinct. I went ahead and kept it instead of canceling it like I was going to in the first place. Anyway, I started putting it together And I'm missing little tiny rings and one of the back legs #4 is slightly dented and to the back of the cup holder middle part that when trying to connect to( the top ones pic attached bottom ones ok) A part to B part the left and right that is, the holes that the screw goes in are too big so they fall out, plus it's pretty hard to get it in cause the pre-drill holes are little too far apart but with little pressure it could go in but the problem is again the screw won't stay in the hole because it's too big. I have contacted the customer service department to let them know and I will give another review once I hear back from them. Right Now it's a 2 star and that can change once I hear back. It is nice looking and it will serve its purpose for my office. It also could serve as purpose for a unexpected guest. But its not very comfortable, use for temporary bed purposes not for a permanent solution I suggest. It does seem a little short for anyone that is above 5.3. Can be good for my grandkids when they visit. Also I must have missed it somewhere that the armrest are not attacheable detachable like, Velcro kind of thing. ***UPDATE*** I wanted to give an update in regards to customer service with this company and I must say they are amazing!!! Not only were they quick at responding to every one of my emails and they also compensated for the dent in the leg and the missed pre-drill holes!! Amazing customer service they have !!! This is a reason that I will most likely buy from them again because they will compensate for you, if anything is wrong. Great customer service đź‘Ź đź‘Ť So I updated the stars from a 2 to a 4 for this reason, for the willingness to go above and beyond.

For the price it's well worth it. My biggest issues are that it is very low to the ground. To be fair they show the measurements in the pics so I should have checked. I ended up adding about 5'5" to it bringing it to a better height for my purposes. It fairly well constructed especially for the low price. AS a couch it's fine. when using it for napping which I do on occasion its not that comfortable, not a lot of cushioning.

This futon arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and seems to be decent quality. The downside is that it’s VERY uncomfortable for adults to sit or lay on. The padding is pretty thin and you can feel a wooden support running straight through the center of it when laying down. It’s also much smaller than I was expecting it to be. I’d say when it’s folded flat the size is somewhere in between a toddler bed and a twin bed. For this reason you can lay on one side or the other to avoid the beam in the center unless you are really tiny. When it’s in the upright position it’s sits very low to the floor. This makes standing from a sitting position not much fun. It almost feels like you’re sitting on children’s furniture. On a plus side it’s the perfect size for my 7 and 9 year old and they enjoy both sitting, and sleeping on it.

I bought it for the guest room in case we have a guest sleeping over. Looks nice. Pretty modern and contemporary. The assembly instructions were straight forward. Only 1 person is needed for assembling. I suggest assembling it in the room you’re planning to have it in. You’re also going to need a drill to drive about 24 drywall screws. You can do them by hand with a screwdriver, but it’ll be long and tiresome. The construction is not the best. Obviously, you get what you paid for. If you plan to use it as a bed often, be warned that it is not as big as you think. For the average height person, your feet may be hanging off the end when you lie down on it. If you’re taller than average, your legs will definitely be hanging off. Make sure to measure your height and living space before making a purchase. But For sure, it’s good for the college kid to have at their dorm, or the young bachelor/bachelorette with limited space in a small apartment.
