I purchased a set of 4 stools. It came in as 2 cartons (1 pair in each carton). One stool is broken : a leak on the cushion and the stool wasn't adjustable. I contacted the seller to report this damaged stool. The customer service team got back to me within 24 hrs and shipped me the replacements within 1 day. I was looking for stools but didn't want to break the bank. Decent price and good quality, I wish the back part came up a little higher but at this price point I'm happy. Easy to assemble took less than 30 minutes does everything the description says... swivel and lever up/ down.
