These chairs are everything they claimed to be: they look great, they're comfortable and the height adjustment is perfect for a wide range of use. My only complaint is that they do feel a tad unstable at max height and only when you're getting on/off them. Otherwise, I've never felt like I was going to fall over while sitting in them. My package arrived with only 2 stools. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. They asked that I give the other 2 stools 48 hrs to arrive because they ship separately. They still didn't arrive so I again sent a message to customer service. They responded immediately again and assured me they would ship the stools I didn't receive. The next day I received a message giving me the tracking number for FedEx and they arrived when I was told they would. They're really nice, lightweight and comfy.
