I literally just opened it up and put it together.....my cheeks are so happy!! It's comfortable and it feels sturdy! It was really easy to put together....it took me like 15 or 20 minutes. I know some have stated that its low, but I'm 5'2" and it's perfect for my short stature. My feet are firmly planted on the floor and my back is completely against the back of the chair. Product is decent quality for the price I purchased it for, but wasn't easy to put together. The directions are fine, but the base of the chair and the back are held together by 3 bolts. My product's pilot holes did not align well and one of the bolts could not be installed in the back. On the bright side, the chair seems sturdy anyway. 3 bolts connect the seat back to the seat of the chair, and more bolts hold the seat back and seat of the chair to the arms and legs. I was able to stand on it missing one bolt (which I do not recommend, but I didn't get hurt and the chair surivived). ... show more

Purchased 2 chairs. One in grey and the 2nd in beige. Took me 1 1/2 hours to assemble the first chair, but then 30 minutes for the 2nd chair. Great chair. Well made, good quality, comfortable and sturdy.

Arrived early. Easy, intuitive assembly. Clear instruction booklet (with pics and words, either or both work). Holes DO line up! There are three holes on each of three sides. Orient seat pad with holes to right and left and behind. Front has no holes. Then attach back rest per instructions. If holes don't align, you've prob got it wrong. Comes in 4 pieces: two sides made of wood and back and bottom pads. VERY well packaged. Wood parts carefully wrapped and pads bagged with cardboard inserts between. Leather is PU, meaning the bottom half of a split (or filleted) hide treated with polyurethane (PU) for durability. Feels more like vinyl than leather but works. Full grain is the whole hide.
