I'm giving this a 5 star rating simply because of the quality and price. This is an extremely nice combination of chairs, end table and footrests. We were very surprised at even the quality of the pillows, seat cushions and cushions for the foot rests. All of the parts were perfectly labeled and bolts, etc were in marked plastic bags. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. NOW FOR SOME OTHER DETAILS THAT MAY CAUSE SOME DISSATISFACTION WITH BUYERS. The 2 boxes arrived on different days -- NO PROBLEM, and a quick message to the seller was address IMMEDIATELY and very professionally. It's been very hot here in Penna, so I didn't assemble this outside on the deck or in the garage. I unpackaged everything in the kitchen (just off the deck). I used the emptied LARGE box upside down as a work table and kept all of the different bolts and tools to the side where I could easily reach them. ALL HIGH QUALITY PARTS. So where is the possible problem for some people. The directions are good, but could be just a little bit better. The directions say it will take one person 60 minutes to assemble. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!! I spent close to 3 and half hours doing one chair, the end table and one foot rest. For me, this wasn't a problem since I had a folding chair and took great care making sure to go back over tightening the bolts because they tend do not settle completely until the parts are in place. Some people may become frustrated, but I HONESTLY found myself enjoying the time. I still have one chair and footstool to finish tomorrow, but having done one of each it will be much easier. So, don't expect this to be a one hour job. AGAIN, NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME AND I AM 73 YEARS OLD! Back to the product. The cushions are really thick and sturdy. As mentioned above, good quality. The height is very comfortable and while the chairs are super sturdy, they aren't super heavy. The foot stool and cushion fits nicely under the chair when not in use. The color worked perfectly with the carpet on our deck. We do recommend getting some covers for the chairs if your deck/porch isn't covered. Also, while the end table is nice, we are buying an 18 X 18 tray (the size of the table) to assure a glass or coffee cup won't sit on the wicker. 18 X 18 is best, as anything smaller won't have the frame to add stability. So, bottom line is that we are VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE but want people to know it takes time to put together. ... show more

Love this set! Made well & looks great plus it’s so comfortable! The food extension piece really add to the chairs. I didn’t assemble it but it looked very easy to put together… cushions are comfortable too! A good purchase!

It’s nice and wide like I wanted. I wish I could have different color cushions though. I will say it was very annoying to put together and doesn’t feel extremely sturdy but sturdy enough it won’t break. OR maybe it’s just me. I guess it’s worth it after assembling (still annoyed)

For the price the the product the quality is great. The assembly is a bit difficult as it took me about two hours by myself however I have no complaints. The screw holes matched up well and they gave extra parts in case I lost them. The cushions aren’t the comfiest however for the price and being outdoors it is great. They also are very wide so there is plenty of room to sit. You could probably fit two small people on one chair. ... show more

This is a STRIKING patio set. The black wicker sets off the cream cushions. The seats are nice & wide. When not using the wicker ottoman’s. You can slide them under the wicker chairs. Quality is solid. Not flimsy or light. The cream cover’s unzip to wash them in washing machine. Great Price, Great Look I highly recommend.     • Not the best choice, but you get what you pay for.
Not very easy to put together. Just awkward, not especially difficult to figure out. We are missing some bolts so can’t put the second chair together yet. The beige fabric is more of a pale yellow, and the fabric is super slick. I expected it to be a little more like canvas. It is very slippery. When you sit on it the cushions slide forward and you end up slumping. There’s nothing to hold them on, including the foot stool, so the cushions easily fall off. ... show more
