Good enough for the cost. It’s definitely not water proof for rain. Even Oct morning dew drops seep through the cover and drips down. Expected it to be easy dismantle and install, which it is, however with 2 people it’s much more easier (with 1 little bit work). The trick is to get upper one snapped first, for that the gray corner (check photos) rubber protective sleeve that swivels need to be snug tight towards center and then using your palm push up the rod frame holding the rubber sleeve snug tight to rod, while holding the leg connect to it so that upper rod portion goes up and snaps in. The so called ropes provided to tie, started disintegrating in 2 years at the ends (and they have been hardly in use). The outer covering of the rope is gone and inner rope is seen and mostly that would weaken the rope to continue breaking off (for now it’s at the end so could cut off and make use of remaining intact). The bag provided is good enough, not too tight however still when closing the bag with dismantled tent however with all the cover and nettings attached to the frame is tight.

We are seasonal campers, so this was put up to stay for a few months. I can’t attest to its disassembling and repacking just yet. It came with a great carry bag, though, that seems perfectly roomy. Two of us popped this up without issue and super quickly. It ended up raining the next morning and this kept everything dry. Looks great - received lots of compliments. For the price point, it’s a million times better than expected!

DO NOT BUY!!! VERY CHEAP MATERIAL. DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. I WENT TO RETURN IT (UNUSED) Thought it would be a normal return, Company wants me to pay for shipping. Shipping and box cost is $220 to return. I paid$170 total for this. What a joke! Amazon should remove this company !
