I contacted customer service after the tent was damaged in a wind storm. They quickly sent me a replacement part and were very easy to work with. The tent is not designed to handle strong winds, but for the size and price I wouldn't expect it to handle extreme winds. Used only twice before it was destroyed by a mild amount of wind and rain. The first time I used it I noticed the ceiling wasn't fully waterproof either, it let a few drops through. Setup of this 12X12 canopy is easy. Nice zip up bag that has wheels. I noticed that their are 4 drain holes (1 each side) incase you take on a little rain so the frame doesn't get stressed, which is a nice feature.

I didn’t even look to see if I needed anything additional, I opened it up at the park for the first time and I couldn’t have been happier! I received my canopy it had a broken lock hinge they did not hesitate to help me with getting it resolved. As for the canopy I love it easy to set up and put away the legs give way more advantage for adjustment
