The packaging is terrible. It’s a miracle I even got as many stools as I did undamaged. I’m testing the replacement/return experience now. I packed up the damaged barstools back in their box (I packaged it better) and dropped it off at UPS as instructed. The customer rep contacted me asking what was the status of the return, and I provided the tracking #, but I have not heard back yet. I hope since they have tracking information on the damaged stools I sent, then can quickly just sent me the replacement right away instead of waiting the week it takes for them to receive it. The barstools, are ok. They look way better than they feel to sit into. I think I would have preferred a more bucket seat feel. These barstools seem a tad snug and I kind of feel like I’m being pushed off the stool. These stools have a 250lb limit and I’m 220. Maybe if I lost a few lbs, these might feel better. Overall, I think these are nice barstools, but buyer beware, there’s literally a 70% chance you’re getting atleast 1 damaged barstool because the packaging of the product is terrible and requires way more protection.

I am disappointed in a couple of things. They look smart, however the protection on the bottom is minimal and I feel to avoid floor damage must be on a rug. They are a bit unstable, but not a critical issue. I like the feel of the fabric and a quick wipe keeps them sparkling.

These chairs are beautiful and look so great! Some parts look a bit flimsy, like the bottom ring Which is silver color plastic, this part purpose is simply cover the joint of the tube with the base, I guess that piece could have been made with a better material and attached somehow to the tube, but its not, the plastic rink (cover) just sits there to cover where the base and tube joins. Besides this, the wood was a beautiful stain, im sure it scratches easily, so we ought to be careful. I have a mall at home and thanks God she behaves and we never allowed her to het in our furniture (she has 3 beds in different parts at home lol) . This is a great option without budget despite those details. I was about to purchase some modern acrylic barstools but I ended up selecting these instead and I am happy with them. Not sure how long will last but even if only a couple of years, the price was good for 2 chairs and much cheaper than similar products in retail stores.

The white “leather” and wood stools look great at our kitchen bar. They are well made especially for the price. Down side: the seat is a touch small for my large family but fits “regular” people. Also I’m not in love with having the small bar for your feet. The swivel works perfectly. Easy to put together.

Pros- easy to assemble- not many parts- follow directions exactly!! Very nice looking and stylish. For this price point, you can’t beat them. Solid and sturdy at counter height. Delivery was quick. Arrived with no damage. Cons- pretty squirrelly at maximum/bar height. I would not feel comfortable with kids climbing up them or even adults moving around on them. They just don’t feel secure but I’m using them strictly as a counter stool so that doesn’t matter to me. That’s the only reason for 4 stars and not 5.
