Poor to no customer service, all AI. My device kept raising it’s nose which makes it think it ran into a wall, so it stops, turns 180 degrees, goes another foot or so before the nose raises again and it repeats the process. So I added a 6oz weight to the front handle which keeps the nose from raising and it runs fine. It should not need the weight to operate so I may return the item.

The Y50 Robotic Pool Cleaner does a decent job, but it’s not perfect. The battery life is great, and it climbs walls well. The intelligent route planning is hit almost all time. It’s convenient since it’s cordless, but for the price is just worth it.

Delivered swiftly and well packaged. This pool robot came ready to use and is very solidly built. Can't wait to use it and see it in action! The treads on the wheels look very strong and it has a good sized filter basket to store the crap it sucks up. I'm really excited to see the wall climbing function in action. Will update once the pool is open

This pool cleaner is heavy duty but yet simple. I really like the large fill basket that allows for lots of debris pick up but yet able to dump out and spray it off to clean it easily. The cleaning mode options allow you to choose between floor, wall, waterline and all for cleaning-just need to read the included instructions to determine which one is which. The instructions say that it has a special float option that when it gets stuck the front will float and the back will stay attached to free itself of debris but haven’t seen that in action yet; however, a cool feature if it works. The machine seems well made and it’s easy to charge. The charging port is seems to be well protected from water getting in when it’s submerged in the water. Love that it’s cordless so it can clean without the hoses and everything around; however, the instructions say you shouldn’t clean it when you have people actively in the pool. I don’t have stairs in my pool but it says it has stair climbing ability. The only thing I would say about this is that it comes with a plastic retrieval hook that is short and doesn’t seem that strong so if the cleaner is far it might be difficult to get it without getting wet and make sure you use it as a retrieval device where you pull it in the water toward you and not out of the water with it.
