- Trapping Warmth by Premium Neoprene: The main purpose of the wetsuit is to keep you warm in the water. Wetsuit works by trapping a thin layer of water between the neoprene and your skin so you are going to get wet(hence the name, wetsuit). The water between the skin and the wetsuit will form a thermal isolation layer, which will prevent the heat generated from your body spreading out, that keeps you warm.

- Long Lasting Nylon Material: Wetsuit typically has three layers. Neoprene is the thickest and middle layer and the thicker the neoprene, the better the suit is at keeping you warm. The layer closest to you is made of soft nylon to protect your skin against chafing which will happen if a tough material is used. The outermost layer is also made of nylon which will last longer than other materials.

I've never bought or used a wet suit before, but wanted to start paddle boarding in the mountain lakes in late Spring and here in the NW, they are still freezing cold as the snow melts. The suit fit perfectly and was easy to get on. It was cold at first to get into the water, but once I was submersed and the suit filled with water, the suit went to work warming the water trapped between my body and the material. I am 5ft 3 and 165lbs and this fit me great!! I Casey all my weight in my belly and hips and other than being a tiny bit long in the legs (almost everything is on me) it fits like a glove. Super warm. Incredibly comfortable. Easy on/off. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I have bought this swimsuit/wetsuit a few months ago because I took up swimming and wanted something that can give be full body coverage while still being comfortable and not hindering my ability to swim. I went through many suits on Amazon and decided to settle on this one because it was the most accurate to my body measurements. However, there was some things that I did have issues with. Pros: -Comfy, definitely is true to the quality it claims to have - I enjoy the strip on the zipper that you can use so that you don't always have to ask for help on it. - Will keep you a bit warmer comparing to if you used a normal one piece or two piece swimsuit -Great pricing, some stores and other online suits cost much more with less quality than this one does - I feared that the pressed on designs and logo will crack or peel off, but they will stay put regardless of how much you wring the suit Cons: - The loops that hook around my ankle keeps slipping off, especially if I jump or dive into the water. Kicking also causes it to slip off, and I have really long legs so it's surprising that it's happening. - I also have long arms, so the suit tends to climb above the wrist a couple inches. I wish that the arm length could've been a bit longer. - There are these strings on the both of wrists for no apparent reason, and it certainly isn't that comfy to hook around your thumb. Not knowing what it's even for I think it's kind of a nuisance. - The stitching is holding up will and I hadn't had any issues with it unraveling, but it does collect a lot of lint even when I wash it by itself.

I never thought I could find a wetsuit to fit my thunder thighs and curvy body but I need one for paddle boarding and playing in the water with my kids in England where the water is about 60 degrees F in the summer. I ordered three wetsuits to try on and this one worked the best. I found the reviews a lot more helpful when choosing a size than the size chart. So I will take one for the team and share my pic and size to the Amazon world. For reference I am 5'5 and typically wear a US size 16 in pants and L/12-14 on top. I am pear-shaped with heavy thighs and butt but a smaller chest. The XL in this suit fits great. My hips are 46in and the XL size chart says up to 42in. Go by your waist and chest size more than your hips because you don't want it too big on top. It stretches 3-4 inches. Wet suits should be quite tight when dry and hard to put on so keep that in mind. I broke a sweat and almost fell over trying to get it on at first. Once I got it on and did a few stretches and swats it felt good. The thumb loops are great and the arms are not too long as the others I tried. I haven't worn it in the water yet but it is comfortable and I have good range of motion in the shoulders for paddling. The color and styling is flattering. I feel sort of like a tubby sprocket but who cares.. life is short...ladies get out and enjoy water sports with your family even in cold water.

Bought this to allow me to swim laps year around in outdoor pool. Still a bit chilly when I get in at first, but within a minute the water that enters the suit warms up and no more issues after that. My best guess is it raises the feel like temperature about 10 degrees. If you are comfortable at 84 degrees, this will allow you to be comfortable at about 74. I'm being conservative though, think it's a bit better than that. Also been great for sun protection. Covers arms, back and chest from UV. Lastly, doesn't bother me in the least for laps. Have swam for 30 minutes a day for a few weeks now and no issues with it stretching or hindering. But, I'm very casual with swimming. Someone that wants to compete might have an issue with this effecting their ability to measure progress as there will be some drag.

This wetsuit was perfect for me!! I get cold when I snorkel....I like to stay in the water for 1.5 hrs. I bought this for a snorkeling trip where even though the water was 82 degrees the weather was cloudy and only highs of 72 in the air. This was exactly what I needed to stay warm and comfortable for 1.5 hrs! It fit perfectly, was easy to get on and off (easy as far as a wet suit goes, lol). I am 5'4" weight 120 and 34C...the small fit perfectly

This is a great quality wetsuit for the money. We took a trip to the Caribbean and the forecast called for highs only in the 60s but we had a full beach day scheduled. I wore this and was perfectly fine in the water! Fit was exactly as advertised
