My girl loved it and that's what mattered; she had a blast playing in the surf. Her stats are 4'11" and 130 lb. I got the large for her and it was just slightly long in the arms and legs so could probably fit a similar weight but taller person as she is quite short. Great price for a new suit esp. with few options for plus size. She was warm in northern CA waters, very comfortable and easy for her to move in, great buoyancy that added to her confidence in the surf, and though she's only worn it a couple times it seems to be a decent durability level. Not quite the same as some of the old surf brands with top quality neoprene, but good enough for a season at least.

i really only got this to install pool lights in the winter since the water is cold and i did get a chance to use it while the weather was under 70. this suit did such a great job keeping me warm even i was surprised given the price. easy to get on but it is a little hard to get off with the zipper in the front. size was good

I have a very large 16 year old autistic son who dreams about being able to play in the ocean. We live in Oregon and the ocean water is pretty cold. He is about 5'10" 350 lbs. We went with the 6X and it fits him great. He says it is comfortable and works well. Quality seems pretty good. I would purchase again if needed.

Giving 4 star overall, but I'll break that down for you. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and chest. The fit was perfect. I think the torso and legs run a bit on the short side (maybe by 1") but the fit waist wise was spot on. Use the plus size fit chart and you will do well. The thickness was maybe a fraction under the 3 mil but the move ability and range of motion are great. The front zipper makes it easy to get in the suit, but it's also the biggest flaw in the suit. Once on, you can't get it back off like you can with a rear zipper. You will have to have your dive buddy pull it off both shoulders for you. Overall this was a great purchase. My wife got one as well. She is shorter in stature with larger thighs and the woman's version fit her great. The neoprene has an oder when first opened, I hung it for 3 days, washed it with soapy water and drip dried inside out, and the smell was greatly reduced. If this was a rear zipper it would get a 5 star rating from me.

The ankles let quite a lot of water in, which fills up my booties, and I have to stop and lay down and hold up my feet to let them drain. And it’s quite baggy around the crotch and thighs. But it goes on pretty easily and comes off. It also seems to be holding up so far. You get what you pay for,

This was a nice quality wetsuit for the money. My very hard-to-fit body shape was the only reason I had to return this which I don't think is any fault of the suit/company, it just is what it is. If you're average height and thick then you will most likely be able to make one of these wetsuits fit, just be sure to measure yourself. The neoprene was soft with an appropriate amount of stretch and the zipper was sturdy and worked well. My booty sticks out quite a bit which did make a big empty space between the suit and my lower back, but again... this is not a custom made wetsuit so things like that should be expected if you don't have a more "typical" shape to you. I personally ended up having to buy a shorty wetsuit instead of a full length suit because I'm short in addition to chunky and nothing off the shelf will fit my limbs without bunching up with extra material at the elbows and knees. For reference, I'm about 5'4" and a plus size 20 but very curvy and I tried the 5X. I probably could have fit in a 4X comfortably and possibly squeezed into a 3X because wetsuits are stretchy and often compressive to a certain degree but they still would have been too long for my limbs. I still say this is a great option for the plus size ladies if you have the right measurements.
