My kid has worn these a few tunes to SUP down the very chilly Arkansas River in Colorado. They keep her way more comfortable temperature-wise. If it's hot out, she just dunks into the river. So far, so good! My kid is 5'3" tall about about 90 lbs, and we bought size 14. It's pretty snug, but still fits. Maybe could have gone with the 14x or 16. ... show more

We live in Southern California and my daughter can get cold easily in water so I have been trying to get a wetsuit that keeps her warm in ocean in early June. She is an average 4T and this brand actually fits her well around the neck and armpits, but the lengths of the arms and legs are short (though still acceptable). My main concern is the smell. Bought these for our trip to Japan and was not disappointed! The Philippine Sea can be cool on rainy days in the summer especially if you are snorkeling and just floating. These worked out so well for my 7 and 9 year olds. Great quality and price!
