I would give this product 5 stars if it was in fact the product featured in the photos. But it is not. The USB is not embedded in the unit. Instead it was dangled by a cord on the side!!! Once it's mounted on your ceiling gravity causes it to dangle and it's super annoying to see every time you look in your rear view mirror. That being said, its my only complaint. The picture is fantastic and I love that it has SD and USB to 32 GB so we can essentially have 64GB of movies, half on the USB and the other half on the SD card. But I really wish it was the product pictured. Even in the manual it does not have the USB input dangling on the side. it is embedded in the unit like a computer. It is also a pain in the butt to install!! But that is the case with any overhead DVD player. Seller, if you would like me to update my review I would be happy to if you send me the correct unit!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Picture quality is very good. The product is good it’s just the screen, at first I thought it was a screen protector because it was not even down all the way. After a few hot days the screen started to roll up.

I bought this thinking it would be a good inexpensive upgrade after the factory unit in our Kia Sedona died. I was wrong. The unit would power on and then immediately off. I took it to a professional and they even said the unit was defective after verifying all wiring connections. I reached out to the company hoping to get a warranty replacement and let me tell you this company has the WORST customer service period. All customer service is located in China and you can only contact them via email which normally isn't a big deal but responses take forever and offered zero help. They argued with me for 4 days about how there was nothing wrong with the unit. At no point did they offer to replace it even after me submitting information from a professional installer that the unit was in fact defective. Bottom line here is this thing is more of a headache and money pit than it is worth and the company doesn't stand behind it's products. Thankfully Amazon return policy is the only thing that had my back. Steer clear of this company! ... show more

The install was super easy! Bought this to replace an old 7" screen that was in there. Still using the rca video so it is only 480i quality but very clear. The instructions are legible but all the wires are labelled and easy to follow. The ONLY complaint is the wires are hard wired into the screen and it makes the install a little challenging. If you trim the wires down to make sure you dont have a lot of extra in the headliner the screen will hang while you are wiring it up. This would be eliminated if there was a harness and wouldn't be an issue. ... show more

Installed and it didn’t work. Seller wanted me to put $100 deposit for them to send replacement. Came from Hong Kong they didn’t understand or didn’t care that I had a whole in my roof and wires dangling if I removed it and sent it first. Amazon refunded my money . Don’t buy from them the tv is cheap garbage ... show more
