What can I say about Xtool… This is for anybody that wants to create a business at home you can laser engrave and cut on various materials, wood acrylic you can cut vinyl. This is the machine for people. They want everything in one machine to start a business. The machine has an immaculate design. And can astonishing designs at your fingertips. You can create all kinds of things for weddings, birthdays, you name it whatever comes to mind in the sense of designing and selling so if you’re looking for a machine that is groundbreaking for your upcoming business, this is the machine to get! Pro: 1. Simple to use 2. Doesn’t require a lot of real estate 3. Software is amazing 4. Customer service is great They do everything possible to help you with any problems with your machine even sending you replacement parts if needed as well as replacing your machine entirely. I am brand new to lasers and was apprehensive about buying one even after months of research however it couldn’t have been easier to set up or use. I was able to make amazing products right out of the gate. Over the first week or so I had a few questions and customer service was quick to respond and was super helpful. After owning the M1 for about a month I bought the S1 as well. It is equally amazing. The S1 can handle larger materials and is faster which is a bit of a game changer. That being said, I am still using the M1 daily for smaller projects. I would highly recommend either machine. If you’re a beginner, no worries! They are practically plug and play. I'm rewritting my review. The machine it's self is wonderful, so easy to operate and great quality. We did have an issue with power about 3 months into useage. Contacting Customer Service was a challange, due to the fact that we are dealing with people in a different Time Zone. I found the easiest form on contact through my Amazon Account. The unit was totally replaced within two weeks. It feels like an extended time period while your waiting but honestly inhind sight, it was appropirate. Really like this laser. It is easy to use. The software that you use with it, XCS, is easy to learn and use, especially for beginners. It is still in Beta, but they are improving it daily. Great files on the website to use with your machine. Many very easy to use for those just starting out.

Don’t bother. The machine is easy to set up. The software is not. No how to videos or anything Not compatible with other more intuitive programs out there. The laser is not high enough to clear most larger project items. I got the m1 riser and that was a failure too. Even tho I aligned what I want where I wanted it and framed it. It missed. After compensating for inaccuracy on max power it didn’t leave a mark. I’m guessing it’s because of the distance between the laser and the item was increase via the riser box and even after making several attempts at it manually it just was useless item that took up space on my bench Second failed laser from this company ... show more

I love my machine, I found it was easy to use , it does amazing work , the only thing I wish I would of did more research on it because minds came with the RA2 the rotary and I learned the RA2 pro with chuck works a lot better

Bought this around Black Friday and was given a delivery date of approximately two weeks in the future. We anxiously waited for the "Ordered" to turn to "Shipped" and breathed a sigh of relief when it finally happened. Received the notification it would arrive on a Tuesday, was actually delivered on the Thursday before! Yayyyy! Finally got it all set up, was fairly straightforward, and did the initial test cuts. Was amazing to watch all the magic happen right in front of us. So excited to move forward with exploring everything this little machine can do! Product seems to be of very good quality. We purchased the Air Assist attachment and that took longer to install than the machine itself.
