I've had this for a few.months now, and have done many things with it. Engraving leather, stainless steel tumblers, wood, etching glass, cutting wood, and much more. The M1 has yet to disappoint. I love the Creative Space software, and the camera in the machine makes it so much easier to accurately place and size your work. I was torn between this and another laser engraved, and I'm so glad I chose the M1. Customer service is great and responds quickly to answer any questions, and the free projects on the xtool website are the best. If you're on the fence, I would highly recommend taking a chance with this machine. You will not be disappointed.

I had been doing research for weeks if not months to find a laser system that worked for my needs. This was an enclosed laser system that was reliable and had a camera. The XTool M1 did not disappoint and ended up being a better purchase that I thought it would be. Setup took minutes and the included software was so easy to learn and utilize. Adding accessories like the air assist and the riser only ended up making the experience better. When I had an issue with the air assist not staying in place as expected I reached out to their customer service, and this really sealed the deal for me as a customer. They walked me through everything step-by-step and we found that the issue was human error, mine to be specific. I did not install a washer that I was supposed to that would have stopped the movement. With that being said, the whole experience with XTool and their customer service has made me a life long customer. For anyone who is looking for a complete laser system that can easily be expended, I would highly suggest XTool and the M1.

There is a bit of a learning curve with this machine. And I am new to the world of laser engravers so that makes it doubly hard. However, there are tons of inspiration and instructional videos- both from users and the company - so I think there is enough support for me to get the hang of this. So far I have gotten great results on my test pieces (once I figured out my missteps). I can see great things happening once I figure things out!

I wanted to purchase a laser for hobby use and came across the M1. I liked the features and the price and decided to purchase it. I received it within a few days and was impressed with how well it was packaged. The set-up of the machine was easy, pretty much ready to go out of the box. I did have an issue with the machine connecting to wifi and contacted xTool customer service for help. They responded quickly and connected me with technical support to resolve the issue, which I did and the problem was solved.

I love my machine, I found it was easy to use , it does amazing work , the only thing I wish I would of did more research on it because minds came with the RA2 the rotary and I learned the RA2 pro with chuck works a lot better

I was full of excitement when I finally received the m1 laser engrave + cut all in one! I finished setting it up and made some cuts on HTV, it was great with large fonts and very easy to weed out too! I was very happy until I needed to cut some smaller font size.... Then problem starts, at first I thought I wasn't using the same fonts as the cricut so I kept testing and after numerous test, I decided to make a comparison, the right side cuts are done by maker 3 and the left side is xtool m1 you could see that the small o and e is impossible to weed the cut out, which makes this machine worthless to me and wasted my time, the fonts and size are the same on the same material I have also tried this with a larger on the second picture with the same result

What can I say about Xtoolโฆ This is for anybody that wants to create a business at home you can laser engrave and cut on various materials, wood acrylic you can cut vinyl. This is the machine for people. They want everything in one machine to start a business. The machine has an immaculate design. And can astonishing designs at your fingertips. You can create all kinds of things for weddings, birthdays, you name it whatever comes to mind in the sense of designing and selling so if youโre looking for a machine that is groundbreaking for your upcoming business, this is the machine to get! Pro: 1. Simple to use 2. Doesnโt require a lot of real estate 3. Software is amazing 4. Customer service is great They do everything possible to help you with any problems with your machine even sending you replacement parts if needed as well as replacing your machine entirely. Cons: 1: You need to keep the laser clean at all times to prevent clogging or malfunctions. But that standard practice for people that want to keep their machines maintained.
