This fireplace will transform our living room. It's attractive, a conversation piece and sets the mood. I'm extremely impressed by everything about it including: The flame height - we get over 8 inches on the medium setting The color options - several of them look great The amount of water it holds/time between refills - it holds about a gallon of distilled water and lasts 10+ hours The timer option - perfect for when we know we'll doze off The cleanliness of the water vapor/air - I tested the air quality while using the fireplace with distilled water and it was perfect throughout operation While the functionality of the fireplace is amazing and a great value, the customer support was outstanding, too. I couldn't figure out why the pump wouldn't add water after building a little 2x4 enclosure for it. The support person got back to me the same day letting me know there was a switch on the back to change the water input method. It had been flipped, accidentally. Proceed with confidence that you're getting a great item with excellent customer support behind it.

The media could not be loaded. We're doing a remodel and was about to buy an 86" optimist vapor fireplace. $9799 before tax & installation, then I saw this on Amazon and I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try? It was so inexpensive. I was not expecting too much but I was blown away, came packaged Well. It's a really solid heavy unit. worked right out of the box. I did have a problem with the Wi-Fi connection, I sent a message to support and got an answer within the hour, there was nothing wrong with the unit. Apparently, you have to hold the Wi-Fi button on when it's turned off to enable, once I did that, it paired with the Tuya app and worked flawlessly. The app gives more control over colors I'm blown away how pretty this thing is. I've bought two more and I'm gonna build a 90" vapor fireplace. You can chain them together and control all of them simultaneously with either the remote or over your phone as a single unit. There are two options you can either fill it with water manually which runs for about 10 hours or plumb it to house water supply with a refrigerator 1/4"poly pipe and then it automatically fills by itself. The colors are amazing. The realism is unbelievable. It's mesmerizing. Im so fascinated but this fireplace I'm so excited to build a huge entertainment center with surround sound centered around this product. I'll post a complete video review when it's done. I did see comments on water dripping noise. It's barely audible. And the voice only announces setting changes or low water. It does have an internal pump to fill and flush if it's not connected to a water supply. The fire place crackling noise is a beer cheesy I turned it off. So none of that was of any concern

Purchased almost a year ago and still working well. Tank takes about a gallon or so of water which lasts awhile, and is quick and easy to refill using the suction autofill from a simple bowl of water. We enjoy the ambiance without the heat (we live in FL), especially the multiple colors - very cool! The new model apparently works via app, wish we had that one. Remote is a bit glitchy and have to remove battery and reinsert to get it to work. Customer Service was responsive, even months after purchase, and informed will send new remote.

Works well but the water full sensor stopped working after a few full cycles. The fogger mechanism won’t work if it’s too full so I have to trial and error when filling. Also it came with a remote that doesn’t seem to do anything.
