The keys, keypad and fingerprint activation work well. Keypad lights up when touched.The box pops open quickly and has an internal light. The instructions have two gaps, some poor grammar and are oddly written in the first person like the box is talking to you. First, Very frustrating is trying to attach the box with the cable to another fixture. No instruction for this. You have to unscrew the cable and insert the cable through a side hole, but screwing it back on is extremely difficult. Tip: put the box on its cable side with the cable poking out. Put a left finger on top of the screw inside the box and turn the screw with the right hand to hold it in place. Second, you have to use numbers 1 to 4 for the code, not like a combination lock with numbers zero through nine. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Safety is the number one rule when owning firearms. This biometric gun safe does that job. The product setup was simple and had clear instructions. It’s quick opening upon code or fingerprint recognition is impressing. As for quality, I was blown away by how heavy duty it is, and it fits in any night stand drawer or side table like mine.     • great safe but it will never hold 24 guns!
Size: 24 Gun
Arrived and unpacked and bolted it to the concrete floor and wall studs. Solid design and the coding system with the factory code worked with no problem. Also the 2 keys. But this safe will never hold 24 guns. The inner shelves are cut and covered with fabric to hold the barrels of that many rifles , but even if you had no optics installed on them it would never hold the rifles they state on the website. Plus you would be forced to slide the barrels up into the slots in the shelves in the back. You can't simply put the stock on the base of the safe and lay the rifle back into the safe. I believe it is worth the investment, but not to hold 24 guns ... show more
