Too cold to actually take it outside but it seems very sturdy and very comfortable. Wish is had a seat belt, especially for a senior rider. I will say that the customer service has been wonderful! Actual phone calls talking to a knowledgeable person was extremely helpful when getting to know the scooter. There is a larger owner's manual. It would be great if the seller added it to their website. I had to really search to find it.

I have used this machine for a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier with this scooter. I use it primarly for outside chores like feeding the farm animals and checking fences. It's fast and long range. Charged only one time since receiving.

The scooter has plenty of power to get my wife around our yard witch is on a hill. the mark down is for the users manual witch is almost worthless very little explanation of the use and care of the scooter. we had to find out on our own how even to get the seat compartment open. Manual needs a lot of work.

It arrived quickly and all you have to do is unscrew the metal casing it arrives in. Rachet is all you need to do this. It is ready to ride after that! No installation needed! Just plug in to charge up and Scoot around. Max is 15 mph, so don't expect to be flying any faster. The seat storage box doesn't unlock well. I even took it to a mechanic friend to help get it unstuck. It has a release from the key ignition. He got unstuck, but that didn't last long. (The on and off kill switch is inside the seat.) So, I just charge daily since I can't get the seat to open up to turn it off. Turns are tippy, so take it easy when you make them. It has everything on it! In the dark you are lit up for everyone to see you for your safety. Alarm, turn signals, horn, backup alarm, headlights and taillights make this a dream.

I bought mine directly from the manufacturer, big mistake! I saved $500 at time of purchase, but when after only 5 months the batteries died and would not take a charge. I called the 1-800 number for “superior customer service”, I was told the 1 yr warranty only covers certain things, but not batteries! They are warranted for 4 months! It took mine exactly 15 and a half weeks, over 48 miles to go bad! They did offer to sell me 4, 20 amp/hr batteries at cost of $40 each! But they were also just chinese crap. So I paid just over $120 each for American made Dakota Lithium 12v 23 amp/hr batteries with an ironclad 11 year prorated warranty with free replacement for 4 years! Now my scooter runs better than ever, I have actually put 40 miles on between the 2nd an 3rd charge. The only issue I have is the awful turning radius! That requires about 12’ to make a u turn. But I’m a retired trailer truck driver and have mastered the required skills for 3,4,5 point turns. Especially when I bring it to Disney! But there are places I can’t go into because of it.

My Dad is 86 and has a really long driveway and a big yard. He can't be on his feet for long so we got him this scooter. He loves it! He can go out to the mailbox, the shed and ride around his property. He's so happy to be able to get out of the house and back in his yard!

I chose this scooter mainly because of it’s suspension, it rides like a caddy and is very fast. It is also very pretty, no mater where I go I get compliments. I love the lighting package too!
